KT Tape, Original Cotton, Elastic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 20 Count, 10” Precut Strips

Excellent product and value.

Ive been doing OC and thought I should buy some tape for home use. I love that they are pre-cut to fit my wrist and the edges are rounded. It was great initially but by the 3rd or 4th time I used it, the area became itchy. I have had no issue with the tape that is used at the OC office; I may have to try a different brand.

Good, flexible tape, allowing great range of motion. Downside: peals off at the edge in couple hours and leave sticky stuff on skin after removing.

I don’t know what it is about this color of tape but it irritates my daughter’s skin when used with adhesive spray. The same tape in nude color and used with the spray is just fine. Maybe it is the dye? Otherwise, the brand is fine and it works fine just be aware of the colored.

My daughter plays competitive sports and had a recent surgery . After her return to the game she loves I was anxious but one of her teammates shared this tape at a 2 day Vball tournament and it helps support. I quickly got on Amazon n ordered several! Must have !!

Purchased for my daughter who is an athlete. Works great on different parts of the body. I even used it for my shoulder and it worked great. Will purchase again.

Unlike other tapes I’ve tried, these strips don’t make my skin itch, even after a few days. The pre-cut strips are a great length and very convenient.

Works really well for my knee pain

Disappointed in this brand. Did not adhere as easily, nor for as long as other brands. I found Superbe Precut Kinesiology Tape to be less expensive, and works considerably better than all other brands I have tried. Even CVS brand was better for me that the KT brand. Never would have guessed before trying. I play racquetball and perspire heavily. I am able to wear the Superbe brand for 3 days (including showers), while KT only lasted for 1 1/2 days for me with sports & shower. CVS brand lasted 2 days. Hope this helps...

Kinesiology studies how movement impacts our health and wellbeing to help repair/increase our physical mobility...KT tape is not a cure for any injury.I have used it daily for over 10 years for my damaged right ACL&MCL along with sensible exercises to maintain my very active life in the country on a small hobby farm. I have learned from experience that”similar brands” do not work for this older woman in the way original KT tape does.It also gives me more freedom of movement than other methods(ACE bandages,braces,etc)of support.
