KT Tape, Original Cotton, Elastic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 20 Count, 10” Precut Strips

I originally ordered this tape to put under my sports bra band as I was getting some major chafing. It worked like a charm and I now use it on every run to prevent chafing. As my mileage has increased while training for a marathon, my feet have really started to hurt towards the end of the runs and throughout the days following. While researching some remedies, I saw a suggestion to use KT tape. I was skeptical but after running a 16 miler was willing to give it a go. Taped up the feet and was astonished at how much better they felt!! I’ve done various types of stretches, soaked them in warm water with epsom salt, tried compression socks. None of that has come close to the relief I got from the tape. KT tape is now one of my must haves for running!

The tape initially seemed to provide some relief and adheres fine when not performing anything athletic, in fact pulling it off was not fun if you have hair on your legs. But I toughed it out because I’m a man. Then I used the tape while playing basketball and within 15 minutes the tape was falling off. So I’ll only be using it when doing light work.

I have bought a few different brands of kt tape. They all work well but with 1 exception, they should tell you ti buy the adhesion spray promoter or the tape wont stay on even 5 min.

Save your money, this does nothing to help. Research have been made and has 0 effects on recovery or help. It’s just placebo to sell you an expensive tape. But if that works for you then go ahed for me it didn’t.

Used it to stave off my knee pain long enough to run a 5K. It did the trick and then some.

Ive been using KT tape since my acupuncturist recommended it for a strain. Now, in menopause, I use it for all the weird aches and pains and sore joints and it really works. I even convinced my skeptical husband to try it and he got knee pain relief almost immediately. Highly recommend. I love the YouTube videos from the brand, too. Very helpful

Bought several times

Ive been doing OC and thought I should buy some tape for home use. I love that they are pre-cut to fit my wrist and the edges are rounded. It was great initially but by the 3rd or 4th time I used it, the area became itchy. I have had no issue with the tape that is used at the OC office; I may have to try a different brand.

Does not stay on skin due to lack of adhesion
