> 3 dayI love the concept for this product but the item itself is not good. I dont understand the positive reviews I see. I found this item to be very flimsy and weak. The long piece of plastic that holds the entire footrest in place is very fragile and I can see it breaking easily. In fact, the product also makes clear on the item, the box, and in the instructions not to use this item to stand on or as a step. ???!? That makes no sense. No matter how careful, your child will have to stand on this footrest for the most briefest moment in order to sit or get out of the seat. And so are we supposed to lift our kids up in the air and place them in the seat in order to avoid stepping on this thing? Ridiculous. I dont understand why manufacturers keep doing this. Please make a quality, solid product! If the product is solid and excellent, we will happily pay whatever the higher price may be especially when it comes to products for our kids. But to build this flimsy of a product and charge us $50 for it? I mean we have 2 kids, thats $100 for this substandard item. Youve got to be kidding me. We happily returned ours. I recommend that you avoid the hassle and stay away from this item.

> 3 dayA bit hard to install, kind of awkward. Not the easiest to adjust and it still wiggles which makes me question safety. However, does work for my three year old toddler.

14-11-2024We bought this foot rest when we upgraded our daughters car seat about a week ago. She had been complaining of her legs and feet tickling when she was in her old car seat. So we upgraded her car seat and I was so amazed at when I found this product. It was easy to install however it is a pain to lower and raise the footrest part in order for my daughter to get in and out of the car. When my daughter is able to use the footrest she absolutely loves it and she throws a fit when I am not able to raise the foot rest. I wish the latches were easier to use when raising and lowering the foot rest. I would still recommend this product if you dont mind having to mess around with the latches in order to raise and lower foot rest. For reference our daughter is 4.5 years old and is 41 inches tall. The vehicle we have is a 2016 Kia Sedona.

> 3 dayGot this one right on time to switch our daughter’s carseat to face forward and she loves it. Since day one she’s been buckling herself except rare cases where she can’t but it kinda made her feel more “important”because she has her own footrest so her feet are dangling.

> 3 dayWe bought these for our grandkids ages 4&6 and my six year old is autistic and he’s always complaining about leg pain so this is one of the reasons I purchased these … best decision we made. We went on a long trip aceros a couple of states and he didn’t complain he was actually saying his legs felt rested and enjoyed the trip. The hook is a little hard to fit in or remove but it’s so worth the time and sweat. Easy and adjustable when getting my boys in and out of the car and instructions are so easy. Wish I would’ve known about this product for my own children. Love love it!

> 3 dayThere is nothing wrong else on the market so hard to compare. It seems okay but it is not very sturdy. A little pressure either way and it can move side to side quite easily. The bottom support would be better if it was designed with two legs.
