> 24 hourI love my Hatch changing table. I received this as a gift off of my registry but knowing the quality, I wouldve spent my own money on this. The scale is very accurate.. as in a few ounces either way. Do not expect a medical grade scale because this is not it. But if you are a curious mother interested in her babys growth from time to time without having to go to the doctors, this is for you! The app is also full of features such as a feeding tracker, sleep chart, and growth charts. Would definitely recommend!

> 24 hourI was looking for a non fabric changing pad for our nursery and this was the only one that fits. My changing table is exactly 16 inches, and this has two little white plastic pieces on the sides to hold the safety belt, so it’s kind of a tight squeeze but it works! Have not used it yet, but looks nice and seems like it will be easy to clean.

> 24 hourThis was the perfect changing pad for our nursery and knowing that it is also a scale makes it even better! It’s so great to be able to easily track our baby’s weight. We also use the app to track everything else!

> 24 hourMy little guy was born early and small. This Hatch diaper changing pad was a frazzled parents best friend. Having a scale at home that a can weigh a baby is a really neat tool. Having a scale that can weigh a small baby that was born with potential for stomach and absorption issues is a really important tool to have. I would use the scale feature often. Before and after breast feeding to measure how many ounces he ingested. Daily to make sure he was gaining weight at an appropriate pace. The changing pad itself is made of a solid material that is soft to the touch. While hubby and I disagree on this, I thought the surface was never too cold (although he disagreed and would put a cloth down for changes on cold nights). Its easy to clean - I wipe down with either a baby wipe or a clorox wipe depending on the need. Baby is very comfortable on this pad, and loves getting his diaper changed!

> 24 hourNot only is it a great scale but also an awesome changing pad. It makes clean up when you have a mess so much easier than the standard changing pads. Initially, I was worried about how hard the surface was but my baby got use to it in no time. The scale has been great because I would use it to measure feeds to ensure my baby had enough during breastfeeding. I initially thought it would be a lot of work to weight every feed but it wasn’t at all after you get the hang of it. My baby is also very wiggly but the product has no issues weighting her. Definitely worth the money for this. Would highly recommend.

> 24 hourOkay, so I LOVED this scale in the beginning. My son need to gain weight his first 6 weeks and being able to weigh him frequently put me at ease. I also found it to be super accurate. I loved that it’s a changing pad too, an amazing dual concept which was why I purchased it. The reason for 3 stars is that I think scale is great for about 9 months, or up until your baby can start really moving around. I went to weigh my son recently (he’s just over a year old now) and the app told me there was a “critical issue” and I needed to contact Hatch. The customer service rep told me that the instrument in the scale was damaged beyond repair and offered a 20% discount to buy a new one because my 1 year warranty had expired about 6 weeks prior. The rep went on to explain how delicate the scale instrument was and when too much pressure is applied it can break the weighing mechanism. She said that if someone accidentally puts their hand on it while bending down to pick something up, the pressure can break the weighing mechanism. What was even more frustrating is that the customer service rep was able to give me a date range of when the scale was damaged — which actually was during the time frame where it was under warranty. But they still wouldn’t honer it — rather they upped the discount offer to 50% for a new one. Here is the thing, the scale/changing pad had not moved at all during this supposed trauma period. The only possible thing that could have damaged the scale is my son himself. He hates diapers changes and constantly try’s to flip on his belly and kicks around. I feel like calling this a scale and changing pad is unfair if the weight and pressure of a squirming toddler can break the scale component. After reading some other reviews, it seems like I’m not the only one who has experienced this. I really wish the delicate nature of the weighing component was better communicated to the end consumer by Hatch.

> 24 hourBought this scale to do weighted feeds for my breastfed baby. She lost 2 oz, after a feed, per the scale. I think this scale can give you a ballpark idea of how much your baby weighs, but I would rely on its accuracy.

> 24 hourAs a breastfeeding mother with a baby that has reflux, feedings can be very difficult. My son would cry after every feeding, leaving me to wonder if hes still hungry or if its just the reflux. I knew I wanted a scale that could measure his feedings accurately and the Hatch advertises that it weighs to .25 ounces. However, I noticed early on that the scale was not accurate. At night, my baby is fed a bottle of pumped breast milk and I would always measure out 4 oz. in a bottle. However, when I would weigh my baby after the feeding, it consistently came up as 3.5 ounces. or even 3.25 ounces. I also once tried with a 1 ounce bottle and it showed up as taking in .5 ounces. When youre trying to calculate how much your baby is taking in per day over 8-10 feedings, a difference of .5-.75 ounces adds up. Some other cons: -Weight can only be checked with the app. This makes it easy to keep track of things as the data is stored on their app but its annoying at 2am when you cannot find your phone. Pros: -Great customer service -Sleek looking product -Nicely designed and easy to use app Ultimately, I decided to return this product due to the inaccuracy but would consider buying again if some enhancements were made to the product to fix it.

> 24 hourSo many people say “you don’t need a scale at home” or that it would drive me crazy watching my newborns weight. I almost didn’t buy it, but SO glad I did! I can weigh home whenever I want and don’t have to wait for doctor visits. Also the Hatch app this connects to is amazing. Keeps track of weight, feedings (formula or BF big), sleep, and diaper changes. It’s so nice!

> 24 hourI love this hatch weight scale! It is nicely curved so it works great for diaper changes. Very easy to weigh her after changing as well. Super easy to clean. I was hesitant to get it at first because I felt it was a little unnecessary but overall happy I got it. It’s reassuring to know she’s growing well! The app works great with it and shows what percentile she is measuring at
