Global 7 Vegetable Knife

Gift for my son who chops a lot of raw veggies & fruits. He raved about this knife (I did do my research). It comes very highly recommended. Extremely sharp!

This is my fourth Global Knife. It is a wonderful vegetable slicer, having a relatively straight blade and has that wonderfully wide blade that acts as a spatula when transferring recently chopped food to someplace else. Sharp, well balanced, and probably my second favorite Global Knife (the G-2 chefs knife coming in first)

Beautiful well balanced knife. I have expensive German Wustoff knives that I love, this is my first Japanese knife and it is really impressive. Fits perfect in my hand, weight is perfect and it is extremely sharp. Excellent product.

Meatle is real hard , handle is excellent under all conditions , Weight is great. I’ve got 25 years experience is my favorite knife yet.

…works like a chefs knife. This is an amazingly versatile tool despite its shape. Much of that has to do with the balance, quality of steel and light weight. Even though I have a classic German chefs knife, I find I reach for this blade more than any other. If I had to go with one knife -- this would be the one. Love it.
