They work great. Much better, easier to aim than the Genie originals they replaced. Quick installation. Remember to Unplug the opener first.

Easy to fit straight out of the packaging. Simple instructions. You dont even need to worry about polarity. Fixing screws work but are a bit cheap. Better quality substitutes are recommended, especially if you have a damp, road-salt contaminated garage!

I have tried everything else to make my west facing garage double door work in the sunny afternoons. Tubes on sensors, swapping sensors, everything. Finally, I bought these sensors, and they actually work all the time. My wife is now off my back about her frustrations with the doors not closing on sunny afternoons!!

The replacement sensors work as expected. However, be aware that if you are replacing sensors that had the 2 prong clip in, the replacement sensor requires you to do a screw in connector kind of stereo speaker style.
