Genie GSTB-R STB-BL Replacement Safety Beams, Black, 2 Pack, Black, one size (GSTB-R)

Easy replacements for my old, problem-prone safety sensors that came with my Genie garage door openers (2 total). I had the older style squarish sensors, that were about 13 years old. These new sensors were simple enough to install, especially since the new brackets were an exact fit over the holes for the old brackets. These new sensors have no perceptible play on the brackets, compared to the old ones they replaced. They fit tightly on the metal brackets. The sensors are also smartly designed to prevent sunlight interference.

Exactly what I needed for my old genie opener. Very happy to find this instead of spending hundreds on a whole new unit. Wiring was identical to the original sensors making setup a breeze. The metal brackets even matched the previous screw holes making installing them a snap. Yes, new screws are included. I no longer have to open & close my door by completing the circuit with a pry bar.

This is a replacement part (2 pieces) for the Genie Garage Door opener. Installation took approximately 20 minutes to remove the old sensors and attach these. You have to replace both old sensors with the new ones. They were VERY easy to line up and transmitted correctly the first time I used them and have been working perfectly ever since!

Worked great

Excellent Replacement for the Genie Pro Screw Drive garage door opener. The wall brackets are the standard length from the garage wall. Narrower in design and extremely accurate. Contains the easy 4 screws (2 on each) to tie down the wires. Took all of 20 minutes. Very happy and a great price. Highly recommended.

Returned them, so can’t rate them. Seems a mud dauber may have built a nest somewhere around the screw drive which interfered with the operation until the nest was gone? Who knew? Anyway, GDO is working for the time being.

Old Overhead doorsensors stopped working. Ordered these and they solved my problem...Worked great for me! The picture is of the old type that I had to replace. So if your old ones look like mine I know you can use these to replace them.

Replacements for older units. These work great against the sun. Easy install too.
