Arrived before expected date. Booted right up. No problem loading software and restoring files from old PC. Works great.

Works perfect for my needs. Been very happy with its performance.

Having continual problems with the cursor freezing up and then must do a forced shutdown. I use both the trackpad and a mouse (wireless). Haven’t been able to use the computer much to be able to give much more of a review. So far- disappointed.

Using this computer for work on the move. Very happy with it.

I knew I was buying an older machine, 11th generation Intel, but I didnt know it was used. There were no statements in the description of the product that stated it was used. Overall I am happy everything is as advertised. However, originally sold in September. Therefore one year warranty expires in November 2023. This laptop looks and acts like a new computer. So, I am happy but disappointed that the fact it is used was not detailed in the information. Also, the camera does not support facial recognition. Without the used would have been 5 Star.
