First of the delivery was terrible, I had to go through hell to collect the laptop that I purchased. I have this laptop now for a little over 3 months and the mouse track does not work.....I can only operate this computer using the touch screen which is highly annoying and really frustrating. Powering on the machine is also a task because I have to keep the power button depressed for a really long time before it comes up. I am beginning to think they sold me a reconditioned machine that does not work properly. I would not recommend that you buy anything from this seller as I feel cheated out of the money I spent for a machine that does not work as it should

Had I known this laptop would be so touchy I never would have purchased it. I find it hard to just sit down in front of it and type away without the mouse icon disappearing in the middle of typing or just the slightest bump of anything else on the keyboard the whole page will disappear. Also, the battery life sucks on this. I have to keep it plugged in because the battery dies to quickly. Im not happy with this laptop at all and should have stuck with my Aspire.

Almost 100% fit for my purpose(32 GB RAM, i5 11th Gen CPU)laptop running nice and fast. Few items should be improved such as cooling and battery usage time or missing USB-C.

veo que de inicio era una computadora de 8gb ram y 256gb de SSD, se las cambiaron y por ende pierde ela ganrantia, la bateria le dura muy poco
