Arrived late a week as on ordered date, Power cable socket pin as per US.

Muy buena máquina, equipada con una buena RAM y SSD, respuesta táctil rápida e interfaz rápida también.

Received laptop, clean, no issues… Started it up, mid way through the process, kick-out with an error stating no hard drive. Not sure how this is certified and refurbished Contacted seller, very responsive and advised to return it.

I ordered the setup with touchscreen, 32 gig ram and 1 terabyte HD on Windows 11. I will probably not use the HD too much for storage as I save a lot to Onedrive. The laptop is incredibly light, which makes it easy to carry around and use. Typing on it is fine but there is no backlit keyboard. You gotta have some lack of perfection for the very low price. I had to remove the S mode scheme which Microsoft now has on by default. The so called S mode prevents the loading of non-Microsoft software right away I use Firefox, which S mode wont allow to run. Disabling S mode was easy. The laptop has worked flawlessly since I bought it a few months back.

Hard drive went out. Would not buy again.

First of the delivery was terrible, I had to go through hell to collect the laptop that I purchased. I have this laptop now for a little over 3 months and the mouse track does not work.....I can only operate this computer using the touch screen which is highly annoying and really frustrating. Powering on the machine is also a task because I have to keep the power button depressed for a really long time before it comes up. I am beginning to think they sold me a reconditioned machine that does not work properly. I would not recommend that you buy anything from this seller as I feel cheated out of the money I spent for a machine that does not work as it should

No dura nada la batería sin ester conectado el adaptador. Lamentable porque tiene muy buena memoria y procesador. Por lo demás no tuve problemas. Pero yo requiero mas tiempo sin recargar la pila.
