I decided to purchase this one after my old Dell died after 8 years. did a fair amount of looking for a new one and bought this one. after getting it and setting it up, bought a 2nd one for my son.

Having continual problems with the cursor freezing up and then must do a forced shutdown. I use both the trackpad and a mouse (wireless). Haven’t been able to use the computer much to be able to give much more of a review. So far- disappointed.

I purchased this to replace the laptop I used while I was working. Its wonderful for checking emails and social media, and for online research. I love it!

Arrived on time and in good condition. It worked well right out of the box. I like the touch screen and the larger monitor!

The laptop specs are good if you know what it can do. I mainly got this laptop due to the high RAM and 1TB of space. Ive been using this as a new laptop for less than a month, and its okay. Im using it to run apps, app and web development, running virtual machines, etc. photo editing, and light video editing without any issues yet. You can run games such as CS:GO as long as theyre not on the highest graphics settings, but my intention was never to run serious games on this. The laptop housing and keyboard is cheap, and it shows. It doesnt take much pressure to bend the laptop chassis and keyboard. Ive had keys get stuck with less than a week of using it. The keyboard also doesnt have a backlight, which is a bummer. With the screen not being able to flip all the way back and convert it to a tablet, Im not sure what the point is having a touch screen. I think the money spent on a touchscreen might have been better spent on a better keyboard and chassis. Overall, its an okay laptop. The laptop specs is good for the price.
