Terrible computer! I had Dell computers before so I was pretty confident buying this model as soon as it came out. What a mistake! Honestly probably will never buy a Dell again. Here are the main things that happened since I got this computer exactly one year ago: 1. Screen was screwed up and jittering right out of the box - had to send it to get fixed. 2. Camera is jittery and very low quality, sometimes has a purple filter that covers the entire screen. Im the joke of all Zoom calls. 3. The screen frame got stuck on some piece of plastic in the hinge and it got partially pulled off. Had to get it fixed, and now the screen is all crooked. 4. Now the screen is getting stuck again on the other hinge. Having said that. The computer is lightweight and fast. But still, my recommendation is DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK! You can get the same specs on other computers for the same cost without all this BS.

I like my new laptop. Unfortunately, the change from Windows 10 to 11, are not fun. The worst feature of Windows 11 is that all my Excel macros referenced computer resident files but 11 sends all the files through One Drive. Not only do I have a massive effort to change all my macros, I also have to subscribe, monthly, for 100 GB of file space on One Drive. The laptop is great; if Id known, I would have bought it with Windows10.

Almost 100% fit for my purpose(32 GB RAM, i5 11th Gen CPU)laptop running nice and fast. Few items should be improved such as cooling and battery usage time or missing USB-C.

This laptop was purchased for my tech classes. I needed a lot of storage and this was good for the price. It’s okay. Sometimes it doesn’t turn on unless it’s plugged in despite being fully charged. The keyboard doesn’t have a backlight so it’s not good for dark places. The caps button is also touchy. Sometimes it’s always lit up, or sometimes it works regularly. You can’t always tell when caps is on unless you’re watching your page which is annoying because I’ll be typing while also reading something and I look up and it’s all on caps. I turn the caps off but the light is still on. It has some weird things like that, but good for the most part. The top cover is plastic and scratches EXTREMELY easily.

I like the laptop and it is good

I have never had a wrose experience with a computer. This is the slowest computer I have used since dial up. It glitches constantly in programs such as Word and Excel and it is impossible to stream from this computer. It has been this way from the beginning.

Great laptop works as it should. What I would expect from Dell. I would recommend this as a buy for anyone looking a quality laptop.

Using this computer for work on the move. Very happy with it.
