I had high hopes on this one, is the first LapTop from Dell that I buy, Total Disappointed, the LapTop stop working simply one day I tired to turn it on and nothing happen, died period. i check cables, intented several times to get it work, useless, I am going for my warranty

First of the delivery was terrible, I had to go through hell to collect the laptop that I purchased. I have this laptop now for a little over 3 months and the mouse track does not work.....I can only operate this computer using the touch screen which is highly annoying and really frustrating. Powering on the machine is also a task because I have to keep the power button depressed for a really long time before it comes up. I am beginning to think they sold me a reconditioned machine that does not work properly. I would not recommend that you buy anything from this seller as I feel cheated out of the money I spent for a machine that does not work as it should

Having continual problems with the cursor freezing up and then must do a forced shutdown. I use both the trackpad and a mouse (wireless). Haven’t been able to use the computer much to be able to give much more of a review. So far- disappointed.

Laptop container It wasnt damaged. Excellent condition. Laptop itself was in excellent condition. No complaints.

En general 9/10 buena maquina, lastima lad 88255382 restricciones para instalar programas que no sean del Store de Windows. Fue una pesadilla instalar Chrome. Por lo demás muy buen producto.

32 GB RAM & 1TB SSD makes this computer extremely fast. So, I purchase a 2nd one for my employee. The touch screen monitor is ultra responsive and has great High Definition. Delivery was on time, at the beginning of the estimated time period.

I have never had a wrose experience with a computer. This is the slowest computer I have used since dial up. It glitches constantly in programs such as Word and Excel and it is impossible to stream from this computer. It has been this way from the beginning.

I tried to install malwarebytes when i first got this laptop but the site would not load for me, it turned out that the .hosts file had EVERY single antivirus/antimalware site blocked from my access. A few hours after installing chrome my Amazon account was hacked, followed by my twitter/hoyoverse/spotify/youtube/gmail/telegram, as of now i have permanently lost my genshin and honkai accounts and a warning from youtube because the hacker posted fraudulent content. Money was stolen from my amazon but I was able to rectify that. After changing the .hosts file i was able to run a scan and find over 14 trojans, as well as both malware and spyware and I hadnt downloaded ANYTHING, I hadnt even had the computer for three (3) days. I contacted them for a refund and they want me to return their faulty product that I had to repair!! They blamed my network being hacked but I am one of four people in this household with computers and no only have we run network scans that come back clean, I am the ONLY one whos been hacked and it started a few hours after I received this laptop. BE WARNED. DO NOT RISK YOUR PRIVACY. Oh and the colors suck and cant be fixed. attached is the .hosts file listing every antimalware/spyware site so i was forbidden access to make repairs as well as a hitmanpro removal of the spyware.

I like my new laptop. Unfortunately, the change from Windows 10 to 11, are not fun. The worst feature of Windows 11 is that all my Excel macros referenced computer resident files but 11 sends all the files through One Drive. Not only do I have a massive effort to change all my macros, I also have to subscribe, monthly, for 100 GB of file space on One Drive. The laptop is great; if Id known, I would have bought it with Windows10.
