I decided to purchase this one after my old Dell died after 8 years. did a fair amount of looking for a new one and bought this one. after getting it and setting it up, bought a 2nd one for my son.

Looks new. Processing power is good They have upgraded to 16 gig ram and 1 tb ssd Original is 8 gb ram and 256 ssd. All works fine Only problem is for heavy load, fan sound is kind of high. But only reaches high cpu usage for heavy load only like code building, windows updates etc. culprit is windows anti malware and edge( chrome is surprisingly less cpu eater recently) Best part, audio quality is good. Display is perfect. Overall value for money. First day of purchase, will update if any issue. After 3 days of use: Battery life is not good. Hardly 2 hours. No issues observed. Liking it.

This laptop was purchased for my tech classes. I needed a lot of storage and this was good for the price. It’s okay. Sometimes it doesn’t turn on unless it’s plugged in despite being fully charged. The keyboard doesn’t have a backlight so it’s not good for dark places. The caps button is also touchy. Sometimes it’s always lit up, or sometimes it works regularly. You can’t always tell when caps is on unless you’re watching your page which is annoying because I’ll be typing while also reading something and I look up and it’s all on caps. I turn the caps off but the light is still on. It has some weird things like that, but good for the most part. The top cover is plastic and scratches EXTREMELY easily.

I like it!! However, the battery really gets hot while playing one of my games!! I hope yall respond & tell me why you think the battery really gets hot!!!

32 GB RAM & 1TB SSD makes this computer extremely fast. So, I purchase a 2nd one for my employee. The touch screen monitor is ultra responsive and has great High Definition. Delivery was on time, at the beginning of the estimated time period.

I am very pleased with this laptop! It is light, the operating system is terrific, and the RAM and SSD size are really incredible for the price; I was looking at similar machines at a major chain store, and machines with similar specs were going for a lot more. I use this laptop for playing some online video games, and the screen quality is AMAZING! Im really impressed with the graphics card. I highly recommend this laptop, and this seller.
