> 24 hourWeve had this projector for about 4 months now and have to say - its fantastic. Im sure you could spend more money and get a better picture, more features, etc, but for the price, I think this is the best you can get. We have a room that is a light beige color and windows on the back wall - if we wanted to watch this during the day without shades on the windows, the image would be a little dim. That said, any other time, the image is incredibly sharp and the HDR makes everything look great. Weve got it at about 135 and it looks amazing - highly recommended!

> 24 hourPros Good picture quality and contrast. Good value at this price point. Cons Only for dark room experience even small bulbs can cause corners to brush and colours go fade. Quite bulky hence need professional service to do the mounting. Speakers are functional dint particularly like it. Would recommend only for those who wants to make serious home theatre setup in a dedicated dark room.

> 24 hourThe projector works, but everyone has to listen to the fan noise through the movies we are watching. Seriously, we can hear it loudly even though our movies are loud enough to echo through the house. Secondly it takes forever to boot. Now we try to schedule for it. We come up stairs start the projector about five min before we want to watch anything. Our plan was to upgrade to a 4k projector, however the sound annoyance is so bad, its a toss up if we go back to our previous projector. I wouldnt buy it again.

> 24 hourI upgraded from the HT2550 I bought last year and I could not be happier. The HT2550 was a great intro to bringing affordable 4K projectors to the home but BenQ has outdone themselves with the new HT3550!!! Picture quality has improved vastly which is didn’t think was possible. This unit TRULY rivals the theater in ever way and that makes me happy to say as a lifelong cinephile. This is DREAM of a machine. Colors and clarity and unreal for a projector. Literally looks like I’m watching a giant Samsung or LG flat panel. Also throwing in the smooth motion feature has been one of my favorite additions. I get why some people aren’t a fan, and it definitely doesn’t work for all movies/shows. But throwing this feature on low goes that much future to improving the immersion of the whole experience. The smoothness brings LIFE to the picture in a unique way. BenQ must have updated the sound card as well because there much more clarity, space and deeper bass coming from this unit. My only gripe is that I can’t switch between sound modes. My “Sound Mode” feature is basically greyed out and stays on the default setting. It’s fine because it still sounds great but I’d love to test out the other modes as well. The unit is much fast that the HT2550 as well. Handshakes faster and menus aren’t as sluggish. This is a TRUE a cinematic experience for your home. For this price I can’t see it getting any better. Thanks BenQ!!!

> 24 hourI cant deny that the picture on this is pretty damn good. However this comes with an Android TV stick connected to it for an extra $100. However Netflix is not supported on their version of Android TV. You are much better buying the TK-850 and not the TK-850i and just getting a fire stick or something. This is very very disappointing.

> 24 hourAwesome picture quality. Bright enough for darker rooms. Meets expectations! Cons: 1. A bit too noisy for my taste. You can hear it during quieter scenes. 2. No horizontal keystone correction is bummer. I have to move my screen to perfectly align with the lens.

> 24 hourBought projector and have used it for viewing in home theater a couple hours a day on average. Now 9 months later white spots have appeared and the seller refers me back to manufacturer since it’s beyond thirty days. The seller does not back up the products they sell. Should have bought from A more customer focused seller. Lesson learned.

> 24 hourI have been using BenQ and it was a good experience in all aspects, after 8 years of usage the projector lamp got broke .. based on good experience this time I choose this new one but I had a bad experience as loud noise and picture also not up to that which I expected with my previous experience.. finally returned..
