This is a SOLID performer and attractive piece of machinery here! Its able to go from serious work to entertainment with the flip of a screen and is capable of most everything you need to do on it as far as basic office work goes. It is an affordable way to combine work and play and is so durable that you can take it anywhere without worry. I like to use this one when I am away for work since I can enjoy the movies in tablet mode while I am in flight and have serious productivity when I am in meetings, etc out of town. This is highly affordable and fun to use in every way and has a tough and really impressive display.

This is a great computer. I can easily have 100+ tabs open and several Linux apps running. Speaking of Linux it installs quite easily and is very easy to learn how to use. The hard drive is 128 gigs in size. More than enough for me. I have not gone over 45%. The touch screen works great. I also really like the backlit lite on the keyboard.

TL;DR: This computer is fine for a secondary device, but I would not recommend this to someone who is looking to travel with this or use this as their sole computer based on poor value and possible quality concerns.

Our first chrome book. We will use it mostly for web browsing and writing. It starts up very quickly and handles multiple web pages being open simultaneously. Should have switched to chrome book sooner!

Ive been a Windows user since the beginning of computers and I didnt think I would ever switch. I was going to buy an iPad but I needed a laptop. When I heard about Chromebook, I did a lot of research and watched reviews on Youtube. I learned that this Chromebook has the features of iPad that I wanted, and regular laptop that I needed, so I finally decided to pull the trigger and shopped around for this specific model and spec, but I could not find it anywhere but Amazon, so I ordered it. I am very pleased with it. It is fast, easy to use, and very convenient. I can use it as an iPad and as a standard laptop. I downloaded all Office apps that I normally use in my old Windows computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and I can access all files I created in Windows from my OneDrive. I highly recommend this laptop.

This laptop is truly amazing. Granted its been about a decade since Ive gotten a new personal laptop, however what a time to be alive! This Chrome OS is truly undeniably fast and quick to start up. This is perfect if you hate loading time like I do. The transition from laptop to tablet and vice versa is seamless and natural. I do wish I had confirmation about whether I can put the tablet keyboard-down and not suffer any issues (none so far to report).

This 14 Acer Flip Chromebook is my second Acer of five laptops. And by far the best. However, I learned today that Chrome;s purported security is a sham. And it will cost about $150 to rid it of SPAM. I clicked on a legitimate repair site to get instructions on how to remove an undercabinet microwave, and the malware attacked, Now, not only am I out the cost to clean but also the cost of a security program I highly recommend this computer. I also highly recommend you purchase security.

It is a fair to middling machine that handles most day to day tasks, as expected from something at this price point. Besides some slight compatibility issues, the only real problem I have is the fact that the battery has degraded exponentially since initial purchase. After just 20 charging cycles the most I can get out of it is about 4 hours of light use before searching for an outlet. That is a far cry from the 10+ that was promised. Otherwise, it is a capable device, just not one you can trust to stay charged up and ready to go.

This is a premium laptop. The hardware is equal to any similar PC or Mac laptop. Build quality is superb. The IPS screen is the best in any laptop at any price.
