This is the worst laptop I have ever owned. Slow, buggy, bloated with useless software. The peripherals dont work and the piece of garbage cannot even detect things plugged into the USB ports. Go somewhere else rather than wasting your money of this garbage

Got this right away 3 days later no issues. Im afraid the cord might break wouldnt let the kids use it. I use it for alot of gaming recording works just fine even duo monitors work great. Had to buy a external hard drive but its not a necessity.

I like it, theres really nothing that I dislike.

I love this computer, it is light and fast. It comes with a big screen, full size key board with a number pad (which I find so much easier for doing bills, only shopping etc).

When I opened the box and turned it on it was impressive. I went through the setup process, and I noticed there were multiple choices for PC names. I should have known it was probably a returned product but continued with setup. The battery was on 40% when opened. After going through the rest of setup the battery was down below 20%. I plugged it in when I first turned it on and it never got above 5% again. Finally, it shut down and would not restart and never did charge. I went on YouTube and followed instructions (reset battery). Nothing worked. I had looked at the charger and realized it was an after-market charger. The charger had no Acer markings. All of the stickers on the original box had been removed (I should have snapped right away). I have had a previous Acer laptop in the past and was really looking forward to this one. The price was right and so were the specs for the money. Acer has really disappointed this time. I just finished boxing it up for a full refund. I think Ill stick with HP or Dell from now on. Im also disappointed in Amazon (selling returned/refurbished products for new) for not verifying 3rd party quality. Lesson learned.

audio in and out (whether I used plug in headset or laptops microphone and speakers) during meetings. Camera stopped working; when I troubleshooted, it said no camera installed. Looks sleek and is light. The number keypad is too small causing typing errors. Interfaced well using HDMI cord and connected to large tv as a 2nd monitor.

The previous models used to have keyboard led lights but not this model, however 300 bucks, it is still a good deal.

Hacer una inversión como está y que no funcione correctamente es muy malo. Las app aún siendo directamente de la tienda window no instalan y el dispositivo es extremadamente lento . Aún peor es el proceso para hacer la devolución un gran dolor de cabeza por parte de Amazon.

It doesnt have touch screen nor does it have a camera. Other than that is works fine. But I have to have more features.

I couldnt really use it a lot yet since the battery charger is bad. It only charges when you hold it a certain way, and that is brand new out of the box.
