    It was ok while it lasted. I picked up and opened it earlier. The laptop was very hot on the bottom. It was on its side, so the vent was not blocked. It did not turn on. Ive tried everything and it is dead. Ill try it again after it cools down, but if you need a reliable laptop, this may not be it.

    I bought this for school and its been a great laptop, for the 3 weeks Ive had it (other than only having 1 HDMI connection, which I didnt know Id need 2 for the extra monitors I also bought). Im taking 15 credits in college and basically have homework 7 days a week. Today, I put it in sleep mode to take a break. When I came back, it was pulsating (video) for almost 20 minutes. It seemed to be fine after that, but I contacted Acer and they said there was a defect and it should be replaced. So, I contacted Amazon and they can only refund the money to get a new one...AFTER I send the laptop back to them! That would mean about a week that I would have no laptop to do homework on. They suggested talking to Acer - again - which I did. They said that sales thru Amazon dont connect to Acer, so Amazon is the only one that can refund/replace the laptop.

    I tried two different types of DDR4 sticks to expand the memory and both failed. It cant boot after installed it, no any display even the logo... pls help advice.

    This laptop is very nice, thin, light weight, and the screen is good quality. I bought it for my husband as it was just time for an upgrade. The keyboard has a nice comfortable feel to it and he like the battery life as well.

    I open and charged it up, was gonna be my new Business CPU and the touchpad didn’t work so I sent it back.
