> 3 dayThis is the worst laptop I have ever owned. Slow, buggy, bloated with useless software. The peripherals dont work and the piece of garbage cannot even detect things plugged into the USB ports. Go somewhere else rather than wasting your money of this garbage

31-10-2024Bought this laptop to run a weekly Zoom meeting. Sound output stopped working, now video won’t run. USB ports won’t recognize a mouse. Very little use, only use for the weekly Zoom meeting and it still broke. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
