> 24 hourI bought this product because of the brand new description, but the didnt come in its original box and even the charger is an off brand. The laptop is not touch screen. Ive had it for 1 week and it had a software update that took 4hour with the screen stuck at 100% update done. I wouldnt recommend it at all, Im returning it.

> 24 hourThis is a safe choice for home use. This laptop is used primarily for Microsoft word functions and nothing more.

> 24 hourLaptop broke within five months of me buying it. Google Chrome was showing on my laptop and I saw the battery get low so I went to turn it in and it powered off and has not turned on since. This is the second Acer laptop that has broken on me. The other one also turned off unexpectedly, but lasted three years rather than six months.

> 24 hourIf you intend to attempt to change the OS on this know you cant. Microsoft paid the BIOS maker to lock the BIOS so you get windows 11 and no chance to change it. The OS is so large because microsoft just builds on top of the last OS instead of starting fresh. So it has all the same underwhelming errors and random restarts. I changed too many settings to try to make it more private and I got a blue screen and had to reinstall the OS. Oh, if you know anything about computers and networks youll recognize this as dead head PC. That is why you must log on to an email every time. You are now fully locked into microsoft at all times. This is never your machine. It is fully microsofts data mining tool. I would return but I was optimistic at first and took all the stickers off of it. So if you do change the hard drive Im not sure how you will get an Operating System back on it.
