hemos recibido la laptop sin un tornillo desde fabrica , al observa el mismo parece una laptop refabricada , lo cual pareciera que fuese manipulada anteriormente , soy ingeniero en sistema y he verificado con detalle el mismo , la primera impresion fue que no me encendia , he realizado prueba , la he dejado sin bateria toda una noche y no enciende , luego me percato que es la placa de fabrica que no funciona correctamente , lastimosamente estoy decepcionada porque para repararla debo comprar otra placa , ademas amazon o el vendedor no me han dado el derecho de devolucion o apoyo suficiente para solucionar el inconveniente , ya que devolverla me genera un costo y he tenido prueba que lo que me enviaron fue una chatarra que no enciende y no funciona lastimosamente deseaba un cambio o mi dinero devuelta y no hemos tenido solucion , revisen bien cuando reciban una laptop y no les pase la mia

Its like a Christmas toy from years ago. You get it and it might last 2 or 3 months.

Great computer for price. Works nicely, can switch apps and surf fast and easy. Good storage, plays basic games and can stream easily. RAM is easily upgradeable, I would suggest upgrading to 8gb or higher RAM.

The sound/speaker does not work

When I first started up this computer, it began updates of the software, then it wouldnt run anything... the evil blue screen of death took over. I didnt even get an opportunity to start taking advantage of all the power and speed that it was supposed to have. I had to return it.

Second that I got, light weight, so far durable and fast to do home work and personal stuff. Image is not the best but good.

Right out of the box there is a power issue with this laptop. it charges for about 30 seconds and then shuts stops. i have to unplug the power cord and plug it back in every time i want 30 seconds of charge. I dont know weather to try buying a new power cord or just send this thing back.
