se le ha dañado el teclado 3 veces ya, o el teclado es de pésima calidad o es demasiada sensible a la humedad y cambiar el teclado de lo peor que han hecho ahora estas marcas, demasiado engorroso.

Overall it’s a really good laptop for the price. I’m extremely happy with it!!

I bought the first computer in April 2020 but in June I had to return it because the mouse stopped to work. Because of this I receive another one and after 2 - 3 months I got the same issue with the mouse. I called to Acer customer service but they say that I can sent it to a technician but I need the computer to work so I cannot do that. The computer works perfect and I was very happy with product until I had this problem. I think is very sad to realize that although I got a new one the laptop still presenting exactly the same issue.

I was considering getting the MacBook Air, I had a chrome book that I liked but didn’t quite have all the features I need for school. I saw this computer as highly rated and under $500, I decided for a third of the cost of a MacBook I would purchase this. I am sooo glad that I did, this laptop is amazing!! Just arrived today, it’s sleek and modern looking, light weight, quality screen, and light up keyboard. Functions very well and is easy to use. I would recommend this computer to all college students, I love it!! So happy with my purchase.

Not a touch screen. Basic machine. Not enough memory for all the junk residual that Windows program stores, especially if you escape the Microsoft search engine only restrictive setting that does seem to avoid malware. Expect to expunge to factory setting eventually. Having said that, SSD drive is worth the speed. Could have bought a cheaper machine with similar specs, but automatic keyboard backlight, aluminum lid for what its worth...ok.

I love my laptop, it is good for my gaming.

Thinner then my old one and lighter which is good. Works great, no problem so far.
