After 9 months it died. Checked and found battery exhausted, then the cause is a dead charger.

The is a great product for the Prime Day price. It is very sleek and has all the bells and whistles except a CD/DVD rom. My fault that I failed to read the details thoroughly. Im still getting to know the machine, however my experience with Acer has always been great.
