My Sulcata tortoises love the pad. Only problem is Ill need to buy another so the two dont fight over it. This thing is well made and tortious proof.

I use this for my Burmese Mountain Tortoise, and it works great. I have it inside a dog house, with a dog house heater, and with both heaters working it keeps the house at a nice 80 degrees.

Used outside for my 2 sulcatas. Seems durable and keeps them warm. Compared to my ceramic heat lamp rated at 60 watts, this mat is more effective. I ditched the heat lamp and instead got a mat for each of the kids. The heat lamp also seems to dry out their skin. On another note, the packaging I received on my second mat has changed to show a sulcata. Smart move as sulcata owners are probably going to make up the bulk of purchasers of this product.

I love this heater for my 100lb tortoise. I wish they offered it in a bigger size though.

I have tried two different ones and neither of them would heat up. I was using it for a reptile tank and it wouldn’t even get up to 50

I bought this for our outdoor enclosure. I have 3 sulcatas and they love it! Im not sure how hot it gets since when I first plugged it in and tried it it didnt seem like it got too hot. But my sulcatas are always on it so im going to assume it does the job.

Love this heating pad for our red footed tortoise! Better price than at a pet store and very large size. I would purchase this again if needed.
