First the product states it can be used around water then it states it cant be used around high humidity. Second, the package was pretty dinged up and when I removed it from the box it had a rattle as if something had broken loose

This heater is great, and this is the 2nd one I have purchased. We own a 60lb+ Sulcata tortoise, who spends all of his time outdoors. Normally the SoCal climate is no big deal, but during some wintry nights we can see temps approaching 35 degrees. We feel this is much too cold, and we think our tortoise agrees. On cold days hell often prefer to laze about on his heating pad rather than forage for food. Lazy ass tortoise...

Works great, keeping my Sulcata warm in the winter!

It doesnt get that hot and I constantly have to check it to make sure its working at all. Putting a thermostat on it kept turning it off.

My tortoise loves his blanket! I really didnt think he would because he is so big and stubborn! Yet it worked great. I liked the extra protection to the power cord and the even distributed of warmth. The plateform was easy to clean and move where ever I needed it to go.

Used this for a insulated tortoise enclosure. Put it on the wall.

I love this heater for my 100lb tortoise. I wish they offered it in a bigger size though.

My Sulcata tortoises love the pad. Only problem is Ill need to buy another so the two dont fight over it. This thing is well made and tortious proof.

My sculcata loves this heating pad! And it was exactly what Ive been looking for. Very durable and easy to clean. Highly recommended!
