I bought this and I was so excited. I opened it and it came without a bulb! So there was no way to heat up or light up my tank. Then, I tried calling the website of the product and they were closed at that hour. This experience just absolutely sucked. This is not what I paid for.

does the job for a little, but tap it a little too hard and it’s gone for good. this lasted me about one month.

Not a bad light. It increases temperature adequately for the application I was using it for. The bulb that was one of those push in small bulbs blue within 3 months. It was on the timer and was only on 12 hours a day so it only was on for a month and a half which is well below its estimated effective bulb duration time. The bulbs are expensive for what they are. I might just end up switching to a mercury vapor that also has UVA UVB and produces needed Heat for my baby uromastyx.

I got 2 of these on my monitor lizard they get very hot the bulbs last a very long time and they cover a large area.
