> 24 hourGreat results. The 3/8 size matches up perfectly with the hole left from the dewalt countersink bits. https://www.amazon.com/DEWALT-DW2535-Piece-Countersink-Assortment/dp/B0000225OU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1494871473&sr=8-2&keywords=dewalt+countersink+bit

> 24 hourI have a 1/2 plug cutter that Ive never had an issue with. I bought this 3/8 plug cutter and tried to cut a plug. The first attempt didnt leave a usable plug, it tore up the wood. On the second attempt, three of the four cutters sheared off.

> 24 hourAlthough I am using it only in soft wood, this plug cutter quickly and easily cuts plugs. If used on wood of sufficient thickness, it will bevel one end of the plug, which makes for easier insertion in the hole. Note that it is properly used only in a drill press.

> 24 hourI was expecting it to cut a taller plug. Kind of pointless for what I needed it for as it cuts a 3/8 to 1/2 plug in height. Oh well. Ended up using a harbor freight plug cutter that isnt tapered instead. Booo.

> 24 hourI got this along with a counterbore set from Snappy - I was able to sink some screws on the underside of a serving board and then hide the holes with custom plugs. It worked well for me. The plugs I cut were a little skinny but that could have been use error and a little run out on the drill press. Since I was not looking for an invisible fit I was happy. The bit is sharp and cut through mesquite just fine. Walnut got scorched a bit but once I lowered the speed of the press it was fine for me. I am an amateur and your mileage may vary. Buy American.

> 24 hourIt worked good it does waste a lot of wood. The size it cuts is dead on or at least it matched my bit perfectly or a bit tight. Im happy with it.

> 24 hourNo complaints. This little thing works perfectly on mahogany, but probably requires a drill press, which is what we used.

> 24 hourThis cuts perfect plugs with a chamfered edge. Easy to use with drill press, running at 620 RPM. I wouldnt try to use this with a hand held drill.

> 24 hourGet a fuller. These just burn through the wood.

> 24 hourThe sticker placed on the back of the packed covered instructions; the stick could not be peeled off without destroying the instruction. The instruction are available at the Snappy web site- except I wonder what the “DO NOT...” phrase said.
