> 24 hourFirst off I will say when my original order went missing after being “delivered,” I had awesome help with getting a replacement. The mop itself is *fine* but nothing I’m just overly excited about. Just for the record, we have laminate flooring. It comes with two mop pads, so with the first mop pad I did our master bathroom and honestly didn’t see much of a difference in the floor nor did I really see a change in the color of the pad which I fully expected to based on other reviews. I gave it another go with a new pad in the kitchen and entry areas and the dirt I got up from those 3 places is pictured compared to a brand new one. I can say I did see it wipe away some crud in a spot or two in the process of cleaning. I also like that it’s just water and not chemicals solely because we have a cat that will get into everything and will definitely try to lick cleaner off the floor if given the opportunity. Overall I’m fine with it and plan to keep it, and hope to see better results the more I use it.

> 24 hourPurchased this steam mop to sanitize our hard flooring surfaces as part of our cleaning regimen. The water reservoir holds enough distilled water that it did not require refilling prior to completion of the task. Heats up in seconds.

> 24 hourI had my doubts on this steamer, however, I am amazed at how well this works. I still have linoleum in my bathrooms and kitchen. This flooring has minute grooves in it. Even though I would mop my floor with cleaners, and bleach, it wasn’t until I used this steamer that I realized how ineffective mopping was. The first time I used this it made my flooring look brand new. All the little grooves/texture of the linoleum were clear, the white “grout” lines were white again. I am so impressed I highly, highly recommend this. The cord length is very generous, the water reservoir is adequate. The maneuverability is great for getting under cabinets. I wish it came with another mop head. You can order more from the site or Amazon. Love this!

> 24 hourI’ve only used this once so far but I have to say that I like this steam mop very much! It’s easy to assemble, I didn’t even need the manual. Attach the mop head. All you have to do is plug it in and let it sit a minute. Once it’s warmed up you pump the handle about 10 times to get the steam to come through the microfiber mop. Push it forward and bring it back and if the floor looks damp you can start cleaning with it. I did my linoleum kitchen floor and then the linoleum in the bathroom. The cloths/mops came up filthy! I never considered a steam mop to be the answer to actually really clean the floors but in my house a steam mop is good for the in between cleaning. My house gets ALOT of traffic and we live in the country so mud makes it’s way inside with two little boys! I bought this steam mop because we plan on getting a puppy and my two boys make a lot of messes and this will definitely come in handy to mostly maintain cleanliness in my home! I liked that the cleaning mop head was of good size and that the pads fit on via Velcro and they stay on just fine! The head to the mop has some motion too and I was able to clean in corners. It worked just as well as I was hoping it would. For food stuck on I had to go over it a second time while the food had a chance to absorb water and soften. But it did it! No complaints and as long as this doesn’t fall apart, I would buy another one! If I experience any issues with this mop I will come back to update my review. But as of right now I am pretty happy with my purchase!

> 24 hourNever had a steam mop before but this is a great tool to use to clean the floors. only downside is there is no on off button and when I unplug it there is always a spark but so far so good!

> 24 hourThis is my first steam mop so it took a few minutes to figure out how to work it since there are not buttons. After that pretty easy. The cord is long enough I suppose. I do wish it was cordless. But this version will do. It gets my laminated wood floors clean!
