THIS is the floor cleaning help I have been waiting for for years! Lightweight, easy to get going (water heats up in less than a minute), and cleans like a PRO. I have tile floors in the kitchen, entryway, hallways and bathrooms. All these areas get a lot of use and get dirty really fast after I clean them- so it was always frustrating when I was using a mop, pail, and water with cleaning solution. SUCH A PRODUCTION. Not to mention having to wait to walk in the wet floors (try telling a hungry teenage boy he cant go to the fridge because you just mopped). Now? I fill this thing with tap water, plug it in where I want to end my mopping (nice long cord- huge plus!), it heats up in a jiffy, a couple of pumps on the handle to get the steam flowing, and were in business! The first time I used it, I couldnt quite believe how easily it cleaned the floor and how much grime it was lifting even from the grout. Its that powerful. I love that it barely wets the floor, which means that it dries super quickly. Also a huge plus in my book- no more cleaning solution necessary! I have small dogs, so was always careful about what products I used because they eat from the floor- now I no longer have to worry that they might be lacking chemicals. And finally, I only have to store one skinny item, instead of three (mop, pail, cleaner). Whats not to love?!

Okay when this first arrived I was just going to send it back! But after re-reading the instructions I realized I was the problem! We have 3 dogs and laminate flooring and the boxer is a drool box...lol I am in love with this thing! It is easy to use quick and efficient. I will save up to get a cordless model because almost 3000 sq feet is a lot of area to cover and the truth is the cord is a little short for my taste! But that is the ONLY issue with this product. If you have dogs, drool and any type of dark surface.....save yourself a lot of testing and trying products because I have tried them all! I hope this helps you a little bit!

I love the steamer it works great on our tile floor. Its light weight.

I had my doubts on this steamer, however, I am amazed at how well this works. I still have linoleum in my bathrooms and kitchen. This flooring has minute grooves in it. Even though I would mop my floor with cleaners, and bleach, it wasn’t until I used this steamer that I realized how ineffective mopping was. The first time I used this it made my flooring look brand new. All the little grooves/texture of the linoleum were clear, the white “grout” lines were white again. I am so impressed I highly, highly recommend this. The cord length is very generous, the water reservoir is adequate. The maneuverability is great for getting under cabinets. I adore the concept of steam cleaning floors. Its so much easier and more sanitary than lugging a huge bucket of dirty water and mop head all around the house. I wanted to start with a less expensive steam mop to make sure I liked the results before investing in a larger one. This seemed to fit the bill. PRO: *When* it steams, it does a very good job cleaning the floors. CONS: *There is zero reliability for the steam function. I am pushing and pulling on the handle bar as instructed, but I just cant seem to get a steady jet of steam to emerge from the mop. Its completely random and inconsistent. Not ideal. *The cord is just far too short. Even in my smaller kitchen, I have to unplug and replug the mop in each half of the room. Overall...I am disappointed in the consistency of this mop. Its a great price range and when it does work...it cleans well; but the steam just doesnt come out long enough to really sanitize and you dont know WHEN it will actually come out!

I’ve tried eveything. Bona, Spin mop, Swiffer. Nothing compares. Only complaint is I wish the cord was a little longer.

Its light weight and easy to use. Water tank is small so have to refill multiple times. The grip pad does not attach properly and has some additional pad thats leaving scraches to the walls.

Love this steamer I’ve had one before and thus one is more convenient.

Easy to use, quick and is a super tool to keep your floors clean. When your are done, remove the pad and wash.

It cleans so well.
