> 3 dayThese headphones sound great. They come to life when played through an amplifier. They are comfortable. Aesthetically theyre cheap but they make up for it in sound quality. For the price they are well worth it.

27-10-2024I compared these headphones to Sennheiser HD 660S and HIFIMAN SUNDARA and rated these lowest of the three due to being overly bright @ higher frequencies. I returned the Sennheiser HD 660S too although they had a more flat frequency response curve than the 560S. I kept and enjoy the SUNDARA and they continue to impress me - by far the best of the three.

> 3 dayThis headset is very comfortable. It is a huge step up from traditional headsets with dac/amp. But the right ear went out after less than a year of ownership. My sennheiser earbuds also went out after a few months. I wanted to believe in Sennheiser but their products dont last.

Greater than one weekNice sound but make sure you get them s h i p p e d i n a b o x. Mine had a noticeable channel imbalance straight out of the box that Im pretty sure wasnt the fault of assembly.

> 3 dayPurchased to go with a hyperx quadcast. With the included adaptor I can run the wire along the mic boom with wire to spare and they sound perfect. And they have just enough bass. Not goofy and not like a pure mid monitor headphone. Just enough. Super comfy afwell.

> 3 dayAfter a ton of research Ive done before purchasing a new headphone, I finally settle down on this one. Needless to say, the sound quality is impeccable at only $181 after tax. And also you dont need an amp for this. The clamping force was tight on my head at first. But after several days I think Im used to it. Its also very light with only 240g, even though I came from an even lighter headphone Sony 1am2 which is only 187g. I heard the padding is made from velvet so it feels really nice. Overall, I think this product is excellent for listening to music.

> 3 dayI actually don’t like wearing headphones but needed this for music and games at night time. I have my receiver that’s hooked up to my tv and pc power them but if you don’t have that. You’ll probably need some kind of headphone amp if you want the full power. I’ve cranked these things up so loud that they hurt my ears before they distort. I could not get them to distort. Also for someone who does not like wearing headphones. These are very comfortable for wearing hours at a time.

27-10-2024Let me preface this by saying this is my third pair of Sennheiser headphones - first the HD58x, then the PC38x, and now these. I will also add that I have an extremely large head, so comfort is sadly hard to come by for me. Having said that, I find these to be more than adequate in terms of comfort and the sound quality is just excellent.

28-10-2024My trusty Sennheiser HD 545s finally needed replacing. I purchased them in the mid 90s at Circuit City (remember them?) for around $200. Great return on investment! I started reading reviews for new headphones in that general price range that might be comparable (over ear, open back). As the Sennheisers lasted so long and I loved their sound, I focused my energy mainly on this brand. I found many reviews touting these HD 560S and pulled the trigger.
