Xbox series x said 2 GB /sec but i only saw like 80 meg + /sec. I dont understand how theh calculate things but all i can say is that its fast.

A VERY fast external USB 3.2 SSD. Works well with MacOS 13.4 Ventura.

At the beginning I liked it very much, but had to return it because it was not compatible with some of my USB2 devices - gets hot and disconnects. Maybe it overloads the host? :(

There are a number of reviews here warning about the excessive heat of the drive and of the computer, including suggestions to purchase the prior slower T5 model, which is discontinued but available at a similar price, due I imagine to these concerns.

My 2013 model Xbox One purrs like a kitten with this handling my game installs. Surprisingly fast over legacy USB. Usually between 600-800mbps transfer rate. Can load a Cyberpunk 2077 save file in under 15 seconds.

La compré para guardar mis fotos, videos y archivo, y no llenar mi PC, tiene un sofware para seguridad de tus archivos y ponerle una contraseña a tu Ssd pero en MacOs el software no reconoce el Ssd, pero fuera de eso es una buena compra.

This portable drive is an absolute GAME CHANGER! Its so small, it fits in the palm of my hand, so light I cant even feel in when its in the palm of my hand & loads videos in half the time, or less, than the Western Digital Passport (non-SSD) hard drive. I do wish the storage size was a bit bigger, but I didnt feel like paying all that $$ for a 3TB SSD, or higher. The red color just adds to the coolness of the thing too!
