Great addition to my PS5 Used daily with no issues.

This external hard drive works perfectly. However, if youre going to use it on a Mac and you want the backup to be bootable, you have to change the file format from the exFat format to the APFS format. Then all of the files will be bootable.

It’s so small, lightweight and pretty. I have a 2021 24” iMac and use this ssd as my time machine disk. It takes a few minutes to finish my first back up (234GB) and only a few seconds to transfer a video. It does get hot when the time machine is running. But it doesn’t bother me too much. I’m satisfied with the product.

Using this for my PS5. Very easy plug and play experience. Instructions were simple and the connection was successfully completed within 10 minutes. Highly recommended.

Gets hot but ive been downloading large file games. So far seems fast amd reliable

I bought the 1 TB Samsung T7 to run on my iMac running Monterey, macOS 12.1. No issues whatsoever. I checked the speed and it is twice as fast, or nearly twice as fast as the T5. It didnt quite measure up to the 1050MB/s as advertised, but it wasnt far off, somewhere in the 900MB/s. Overall, I am very pleased with the T7 and recommend it.

I used this for virtual machine, obs recording, and have arma 3 playing on its pretty much my go to external ssd. If u need fast on the go external storage this is far the best out in the market although i got it on sale regular msrp is still expensive but your getting your moneys worth.

Ive not yet had a problem with these devices. Recommended.
