This drive looks and feels better than the compactors. Other brands seem to be cheaply made this one does not.

I Installed Samsung 850 Evo SS on mi Vostro 3500. It works really very good, but the processor gets hotter and the fans work harder.

Perfect brand, it has an aluminum case or some very resistant, I loved it.

plugged it up using an adapter, formatted it to my xbox which took like 2 seconds, then i downloaded gta 5 in like 12 minutes. blazing fast i couldn’t ask for better.

I noticed a few people who received used drives that were sent to them by Amazon and had to go through a lot just to get a refund. Luckily I received a legitimate brand new SSD making this the third Samsung SSD in my rig. I downloaded Samsungs Magician software and the steps to clone my main drive that had windows on it was incredibly easy and painless. I want to buy more.

I installed this new hard drive in my Porsche PCM. Copied the original to the solid state drive and now am assured of a more robust drive.

I am a latecomer to SSD drives even though I have been building PCs since 1985. During that time the capacity of drives has expanded hugely but the speed of booting the operating system or starting a software program has increased only a tiny bit. I mostly use Linux and my last machine would take about 45 seconds to boot from a spinning disk type drive. With the new Samsung SSD it boots in about 5 seconds. As well as that speed it is silent too, so the constant drone of spinning disks is coming to an end thankfully. It will take a few years to see if the long term reliability is good too, but at present I am very happy.
