> 3 dayI bought this monitor almost a year and a half ago on November, 2020. It had excellent quality all around. I bought the same version of this monitor on May 2022, and the blacks and greys are noticeably worse. The colors are much different with the exact same settings. The blacks and greys look orange with a new monitor. It is very distracting when you have the exact same monitor with the exact same settings and the newer monitor has text that is very difficult to read, and black interfaces look orange now. Wouldnt recommend buying this monitor anymore.

> 3 dayWith the whole COVID crisis and needing to work from home I was relegated to the use of my company issued laptop which has screen the size of an iPad. Great to keep my email pulled up on, terrible to try and do anything in Excel or any other programs that require human vision. To account for this, I purchased this Monitor. Has a great 4k display, more of a matte finish on the screen, which is great for work. It also displays movies very well. Probably not the best for FPS or driving type games, but would suffice for RPG (the refresh isnt as high as gaming monitors). But I didnt buy it for gaming. If you need a monitor, and you like big monitors, are a fan of the curved build, than this is a great choice for you. The bevel is thin, cable management is well done, tool. The cables actually tuck into the support column/arm of the monitor. The base feels solid and has a modern look. Checks all my boxes.

> 3 dayThe resolution is kind of low for the size of the screen, you would be better off with 1440p or 144hz if you want to game. The sound is okay, but its underwhelming even for a monitor speaker. This would be pretty good as a secondary monitor. Its Vesa compatible, so I have it turned sideways next to my main monitor to make reading webpages easier.

> 3 dayI got this curved screen monitor on the recommendation of a trusted friend. I like Phillips brand and I get them when purchasing new monitors at work. I am very happy with the curved screen. I like the look a feel. It takes a bit to get used to, but once you do Its great!

> 3 dayWonderful monitor- crisp, easy to read. Got it as alternative to dual monitors for work from home. I forgot to check to see if it had a VESA adapter so no wall moonted arm I guess. That’s my only disappointment.

> 3 dayIn recent years Ive been impressed by Phillips products -- quality, and innovation, so I got my 1st Philips 328E1CA 32 Curved Monitor with high expectations. Picture quality is perfect, color depth and brightness superb! Runs perfectly cool and quiet. Now I run 2 of these -- one on each side of my 16 MacBook Pro and VERY pleased -- I would recommend these to anyone. PROS: Good value, superb picture quality, tilt adjustable CONS: Only improvement might be height adjustable, but at this price point Im not complaining.

> 3 dayI originally purchased a Samsung 34 curved with USB-C docking, thunderbolt, etc for around $200 more. 3 months into it, it broke and they were a nightmare to deal with regarding a repair/replacement so I got a refund and purchased this Philips instead. That first monitor malfunctioning was the best thing that could have happened. The Good: Im very satisfied withe the overall performance of the Philips. Easy to connect to both my MacBook Pro and MacBook Air using the thunderbolt cable for charging and audio/video signal transfer. Picture quality is solid, I dont game so I cant make any reference to that but the screen real-estate and curvature are excellent, can work for hours without fatigue. It really is a game changer. You can have 3 full sized windows open at the same time and some smaller ones, the configurations are endless. Im sure there are many features that I havent event tapped into but, for an everyday work-from-home solution, its great. Cons: I cant get the USB-C docking station to work properly, havent reached out to customer service yet but thus far hasnt been a major point of contention. The Speaker sound is mediocre at best, if youre going to watch movies or videos and sound quality is important, id recommend using headphones or upgrade to external speakers. Overall very happy with this monitor, lets hope it lasts.

> 3 dayThis was a good monitor, but it died after 14 months. The display is now black so it is either a dead logic board or backlight. I contacted Philips via email using the contact information provided here by Amazon, but after 2 weeks Ive yet to get a reply back from them. So dont trust the 4Yr Advance Replacement Warranty, which apparently is worthless. Ill be trying to reach them via phone and will update this review if they follow-up with some way to get this monitor replaced or repaired. Update 1: After waiting 2 weeks without a reply, I re-sent the email (I found no way to reach them via phone). I received a reply 3 days later (on Thanksgiving) with a ticket and a request for lots more information: picture of front/back of monitor, picture of issue, picture of serial, picture of receipt, etc. Ive now sent all this along and am waiting on a reply. I guess we will now see if they reply with the warranty denied because of physical damage thing that Ive seen posted repeatedly here and elsewhere on the internet. If they do then I guess we will all know the warranty is a scam since my monitor has been used only on my desk and is flawless, as the photos attest. Update 2: Two days after I sent along the requested information, I received a reply that they are issuing an RMA. They have shipped me a replacement monitor via FedEx (should be here within a week) and have I received en email for a FedEx return label to send back my defective monitor once the replacement arrives. So it would seem that they do honor the warranty, at least in my case. Ive bumped the rating up to 2 stars and will adjust it again when the replacement arrives, assuming all is well. Update 3: The replacement monitor arrive, slightly ahead of schedule. It looks to be in great condition. I have adjusted the rating to 3 stars. In reality this is a 4-star monitor (the Dell S3221QS is far superior), but Im leaving one star off for the poor reliability. Even though the warranty did come through for me, this was still a hassle.

> 3 dayIm happy with this purchase. Most monitors dont come with speakers (so Ive heard) but I suppose something is better than nothing. The curve really is nice and I LOVE the screen real estate.

> 3 dayOk, it looks good. It does. Although the refresh rate is only 30Hz, which may make it unsuitable for some games, it looks very nice -- and is perfectly fine for programming and office work. The original recipient complained, it is TOO LARGE, so I took for my own office -- and am happy. The downsides are: * No DVI-port. I have thick DVI cables running through walls (my computers are in a room of their own), and a DVI-to-HDMI adapter resulted in poor picture (badly-looking fonts and other defects). I had to buy DisplayPort cable -- a long one (20 meters) -- and route it through the doorway, but now the picture is great. * The DisplayPort has two modes: 1.1 and 1.2. No 1.4 -- not sure, if itd matter to anyone.
