> 3 dayHad a 4 cast iron drain pipe with a mostly rusted flange. Watched my son-in-law drill and chisel it out and then we replaced it with this part. Tightened it up after securing it to subflooring and reattached the toilet. The toilet hasnt felt this stable in many years. Perfect replacement!

Greater than one weekThese work good. Have used a few over the years. Just do not over tighten the Allen bolts. That is to seal it to the pipe not hold the whole shooting match to the floor. Screw the flange down well and it is stronger to put the closet bolts in the two small notches than the big slot. Place your bolts in the notches and get them spaced off the wall evenly before you push it down in the pipe and you should be...good to go.

> 3 dayLong story short, Ive had to rebuild my house from the studs out over the last 18 months...grrr...Im a short female nurse, NOT a general contractor! So when deciding upon which items to purchase during the last year and a half, I did a little research, read reviews, and also learned brand names in construction and how some are better than others. Thats how I decided this flange would work on my 1st floor commode. SUPER easy to install! Easily tightened the bolts so the gasket filled in the gaps. Again, no experience here and I installed just fine and its not leaking 1 year later :)

Greater than one weekIf you are looking to replace a cast iron flange or fit to a cast iron pipe, it’s a VERY SNUG fit. Be sure to clean the inside of your pipe for corrosion and stuck on debris BEFORE fitting.

Greater than one weekWhen I removed toilet and saw cast iron flange rusted away all I could see was dollar signs for repairing pipes. Saw this item. Went in pipe no problem. Tightened screws and it was done. Being PVC it should last my lifetime. This was a lifesaver.

> 3 dayWe were remodeling our bathroom and the old flange was still good, but on its way out so I decided to install this to prevent any future problems. Shaved off the rust inside the pipe with a chisel, and it fit in nice and snug. Toilet is well secured to the floor. As long as it holds up, I am happy.

> 3 dayRaised our floor from adding tile work. Had a cast iron setup in the floor and the 1 side did not have a spot for the toliet bolt. Instead of replacing the whole cast iron setup I installed one of these. Install was fast, tightened it down and good to go. Been about 3 months now of use with no issues. Saved a ton of money with those product. Was not paid for this review or receive at a discount.
