Worked great had to clean edge of pipe a bit but went right in & did not have to screw down just tightened up gasket and all was good . Great for slab floor replacement if pipe is good & flange is bad

If you are looking to replace a cast iron flange or fit to a cast iron pipe, it’s a VERY SNUG fit. Be sure to clean the inside of your pipe for corrosion and stuck on debris BEFORE fitting.

Easy to install almost for any situation, and works like charm. Superb design.

Lifesaver. I had an old (from 1962) cast iron pipe in a slab floor and the old flange was long gone. This went right in, sealed up nice and tight and toilet flushes great.

I have travertine tile installed over the original slab. I DIY and the original iron flange finally rusted through. The original contractor (1968) just chipped away the slab and mortared and grouted to fiil and seal around and under the iron flange. Pretty sloppy work. Removing the original flange was impossible. I scrapped off the rust inside the drainpipe - an easy process with a chisel or screwdriver. I dropped the Oatey Flange, tightened the screws, the Oatey expanded to make a tight waterproof seal inside the drainpipe and everything went perfectly - it literally took me under 10 minutes! I sealed with silicone, dropped on a wax seal, replaced the toilet. PERFECT and FAST. When my other toilets go, this is definitely the only solution.

This replacement flange did the job! Easy to install, easy to install the toilet on, easily adjustable as well. I recommend.

Worked like a charm

Very good flange, worked very well for my purpose and solid quality, heavy duty. I installed this to an existing lead pipe. The product is described for use with Cast Iron pipe, but I found that it worked very well with the existing old lead pipe. After the 3 inner stainless steel hex screws are tightened the rubber gasket expands and secures into place and seals the flange to the lead pipe. Very simple to install.

Had a 4 cast iron drain pipe with a mostly rusted flange. Watched my son-in-law drill and chisel it out and then we replaced it with this part. Tightened it up after securing it to subflooring and reattached the toilet. The toilet hasnt felt this stable in many years. Perfect replacement!

Good product and well made. Problem was it would not fit my 4 in cast iron pipe. All cast iron pipes get rusty inside and as a result the flange would not fit inside the 4 in. opening. I tried to grind some of the rust away to see if it would slide in - no luck. Ended up having to use Sioux Chief 4 in. PVC DWV Gasket Closet Flange. Disappointed, and could not return because it is now dirty and scrapped up. Costly lesson.
