> 24 hourHad a 4 cast iron drain pipe with a mostly rusted flange. Watched my son-in-law drill and chisel it out and then we replaced it with this part. Tightened it up after securing it to subflooring and reattached the toilet. The toilet hasnt felt this stable in many years. Perfect replacement!

> 24 hourShipped fast, product worked well as fix for our busted old closet flange that was contributing to a leak at the toilet base - and saved us a call to the plumber, at least for now!

> 24 hourExactly what is needed to convert old toilet (1948) to new toilet.

> 24 hourInstalled in 1950s basement with 4 terracotta waste pipe. Previous toilet had no flange - apparently toilets used to be set in a bed of mortar. This worked wonderfully after chiseling away previous mortar for a level floor. Secured flange to concrete slab with tapcons and snugged up the internal hex bolts to expand the rubber gasket for tight seal against terracotta. Be careful not to overtighten the hex bolts. Seems like it will last a long time!

> 24 hourWe were remodeling our bathroom and the old flange was still good, but on its way out so I decided to install this to prevent any future problems. Shaved off the rust inside the pipe with a chisel, and it fit in nice and snug. Toilet is well secured to the floor. As long as it holds up, I am happy.

> 24 hourThis thing was/is amazing. Fit perfectly into the cast iron pipe and tightened as tight as the old cast iron flange used to be. Toilet is as tight as it could be and it doesn’t wobble anymore!!! Very happy with this....

> 24 hourI installed this and screwed the flange down too for extra support. Time will tell, my old one lasted 5 years although it was only support by the 3 I.D. bolt adjusting screws.
