The product is very well-built and sturdy. Removing the top piece is very easy and its a decent size. My dwarf hamster absolutely loves it. Its definitely worth the price. I would recommend though that if youre purchasing this for a dwarf or another smaller creature, youll need a step or a bridge for them to be able to get on top of it easily.

I got it for my rats to maybe sleep in, but they use it to hoard their food. Either way, theyve gotten a ton of use out of it! Easy to clean as well.

My Dwarf hamster loves it! I put it on top of a few inches of bedding. My hamster built his secret tunnels under it. Its also a good place to put his food and water bowl. Recommend!

Had to return the first for being damaged beyond repair. This second one was still broken, see picture. Overall another good product from Niteangel minus this issue. Wish it would come with a base for glass cages. The roof overhangs the sides a bit not allowing it to sit flush in corners.

He hides in here all the time to the point of wondering why I got him a bigger cage lol. Kind of sucks bc I cant see him when hes in here but as long as he likes it Im happy

My Syrian Hamster immediately loved it! You can take the top off and view the inside. The holes are very large- large enough for appropriate ventilation and a chubby hammy to go through. A 12 inch Niteangel Hamster Wheel also fits on top of the wooden box. 10/10 would recommend! Fits in my 75 gallon tank very well.

Great hideout for mice. I like that you can lift up the roof easily to check on them without taking their entire house away. It came with some sanding paper, which was good because some edges were a little rough. Overall a good product, exactly like the picture. My girls are using one section as a bedroom and the other one for hiding and eating food. So I think theyre happy about having the option to separate those activities.
