> 3 dayBoth of my cats love this heating mat. I just saw them fight over it for the first time today, so I may need to get a second one in the future. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I really wish it had an automatic setting where it would shut off on its own after a certain amount of hours. We arent always comfortable leaving it on when we arent home because it has to just stay plugged in if you want to use it. The cats still lay on it sometimes when it isnt on, but I wish I had more confidence in leaving it on 24/7 for my kitties. The one thing Im glad for is that it says it only heats to a maximum temperature of about 105°F (7° higher than a humans normal body temp), and it says it self adjusts its temp for energy efficiency when in use (i.e. turns down the heat a little when kittys body heat is added to the warmth). Other than the automatic turnoff feature being missing, Ive got nothing bad to say about it. We are happy customers.

> 3 dayAs I run a cat rescue and have several personal cats of my own i purchased 5 of these pads given the positive reviews. They worked well and my cats love them. Fast forward 1 year and 2 of the heating pads are dead. They have not been abused in any way, they are just dead. I contacted the seller and was told over a year, oh well. I find 2 failures out of 5 products appalling. Im just waiting for the rest to start failing. BE AWARE OF DURABILITY ISSUES.

> 3 dayI bought this to use in our outdoor cat hut. It is nice. The cats keep warm and snuggly in the frigid weather. I feel better knowing they are comfortable.

> 3 dayThe cats and dog loved this and laid on it all the time. It worked great and the heat was nice until it quit working. It was bought in Oct 2022 and quit working April 2023. It didn’t last long enough. Maybe we got a dud but still.

> 3 dayHave an older cat that just got diagnosed with thyroid issues, I needed to find a heating pad that could stay on 24 / 7 as most cycle on and off. I have had this for about four months and my cat loves it.

> 3 dayMy little old man baby, Ozzy Lovebone, turned 15 this year and needed something to keep him warm. He’s never been a cushions and cream type of cat, and we’ve tried out different pet beds with lukewarm results. He has abandoned them all in turn after only one nap. I bought him the pet heating pad in April and put it on his favorite end corner of our bed covered with his favorite throw. He naps on it daily, and sleeps on it every night! I love that I can set the timer, so it doesn’t run constantly.

> 3 dayWhen I got it, I noticed that the mat was pretty thin. I thought that it was fine, since I read that many other reviewers put blankets over it, since it would get pretty hot. However, the mat I received BARELY got warm, even on the highest setting. It also smelled slightly when I first opened it, so I would recommend airing it out at first. Maybe in a cooler environment, my cats would have used it. But my cats were more interested in the box and plastic it came in.
