> 3 dayMy cats cant get enough of this heating pad. I turn it on low and set it for 8 hours before I go to bed and one of my cats sleeps there all night. Two of my cats fit on it perfectly. Id say its used most of the day.

Greater than one weekI bought this heating pad for our 17 year old indoor cat. She was having a hard time finding a warm place to hang out unless it was on someones lap. I needed one that stayed on 24 hours and also had multiple heat settings, which this one does. Id heard about heating pads specifically for animals but the heat was so low and wouldnt be enough for our heat loving feline. This pad has 6 heat settings and 4 timer settings (4, 8, 12, 24 hours). While it does have a 24 hour always on setting it will eventually turn itself off. The timer seems to count down so you do have to eventually turn it back on (or turn the timer back up if you notice). But thats far better than having to check every 4 hours like a regular heating pad. We have the pad covered with a blanket so it doesnt get too warm as the house warms up during the day. The size would be perfect if you have a larger breed cat (ours is a small girl but she loves to sprawl out across her heated throne). The cord is plenty long and very sturdy. Controls are easy to operate. My sweet girl loves this new addition to her house.

Greater than one weekThe cats and dog loved this and laid on it all the time. It worked great and the heat was nice until it quit working. It was bought in Oct 2022 and quit working April 2023. It didn’t last long enough. Maybe we got a dud but still.

> 3 dayIt’s soft, warm, and has plenty of room for my chihuahua. I wanted a heating pad that I felt was safe to leave on all day while we weren’t home. However, I really wish there was a power switch on the cord itself. Having to plug/unplug every night and morning really sucks. Otherwise it works great.

> 3 dayI keep my house pretty cool and my cat refuses to sleep in bed, preferring to stay downstairs where its the coldest. At first, I was skeptical that my cat would use this. The pad is sort of hard with a thin cloth covering. But after a couple days, he started using it. I recommend turning it on an hour before its needed to let it warm up. Also start with the default lower temps first and work your way up. If you set it to high and its too hot, your pet may decide to avoid it altogether. Ive found that when its above freezing and like 65 degrees downstairs that the 4th level is good. Otherwise, I leave it in the default 3rd level.

> 3 dayBoth of my cats love this heating mat. I just saw them fight over it for the first time today, so I may need to get a second one in the future. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I really wish it had an automatic setting where it would shut off on its own after a certain amount of hours. We arent always comfortable leaving it on when we arent home because it has to just stay plugged in if you want to use it. The cats still lay on it sometimes when it isnt on, but I wish I had more confidence in leaving it on 24/7 for my kitties. The one thing Im glad for is that it says it only heats to a maximum temperature of about 105°F (7° higher than a humans normal body temp), and it says it self adjusts its temp for energy efficiency when in use (i.e. turns down the heat a little when kittys body heat is added to the warmth). Other than the automatic turnoff feature being missing, Ive got nothing bad to say about it. We are happy customers.

> 3 dayThe product is nice however, it does not heat on both ends. I have 2 smaller dogs and I purchased it so that they could both lay on it at the same time. So I would say about 3 inches on each side does not heat. I decided not to return it since they seem to all function this way, I m seeing

> 3 dayA stray that I had been feeding brought her kitties. They stay in the garage on some cat beds I put out there but it can get cold. I put this heater under a blanket and its the kitties favorite spot. It doesnt get too hot, just warm. Ive got it set on 5 but could probably set it to 6 without any issues.

30-10-2024I have been using the NICREW Pet Heating Pad for over a week now and am very happy with it. More importantly, my dogs appear to be happy with the heating pad as well. After one of my dogs was shaved in the middle of winter, I sought to provide her with some extra warmth and came across NICREWs Pet Heating Pad. After using other NICREW products, I trusted the company and was confident in the quality of their products. The heating pad provides a continuous level of low warmth. As the product description explains, it is meant to mirror the body heat of dogs and is not meant to get hot like heating pads for humans. This is important to keep in mind because a hot heating pad would most likely be uncomfortable for dogs in most situations. The NICREW Pet Heating Pad does not require any assembly and I was able to set it up within a minute or two. Features of the product that I appreciate the most include the reinforced cord to prevent chewing and the washable pad cover. Additionally, I really like the built-in controller, which has multiple pre-set modes for quick and easy use. I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone searching for a dog heating pad. Also, NICREW has EXCELLENT customer service, with helpful and kind representatives.
