Mr./Mrs.Brown & Maam/Sir,
> 3 dayThe heat factor is inconsistent. I have a couple of the pads but I cover them with a thick towel. They can be on the same setting but not put out the same heat.

> 3 dayYou know what the cutest thing is? Plugging up this pad, placing it on the floor, and being happily surprised when your fur baby discovers it’s warm and settles in for a nap. They love it! I felt the top of it with my bare hands but didn’t feel anything. My fiancé actually laid on it on the floor and said he could feel the warmth. My kitties take turns—forget both of them laying together. They can fit, but they are a little uppity. It is a soft tan, plush-like cover. I have had it a short time so I have not washed it, yet. It has an easy handheld control that is automatically set at a low temperature on the 3rd setting. You can raise or lower the heat. I raise it to 4 and set the timer for 12 hours. You can leave it on or set it up to 24 hours. It’s an easy, one piece item to make your furry ones happy.

> 3 dayThe cats and dog loved this and laid on it all the time. It worked great and the heat was nice until it quit working. It was bought in Oct 2022 and quit working April 2023. It didn’t last long enough. Maybe we got a dud but still.

Greater than one weekMy 17 year old cat is now devoted to the heating pad. It does not seem overly warm to me, but she likes it just fine.

> 3 dayMy wife and I recently brought home a new puppy. In the process of kennel training the heating pad has made a huge difference. The design makes it so I’m not worried if he has an accident or tries to chew it up. Definitely suggest this for any pet owner.

> 3 dayWhere the cord connected with the mat on mine was coming apart and looked like a hazard so this is one to replace it. Pup loves it in winter

> 3 dayGot this as a comfort for my 18 year old cat who is struggling with the cooler months in New England. It provides a nice passive warmth and he loves it! I was a little concerned with it being on constantly but the build quality seems very solid and the temp constant. Although it’s not UL listed, it is listed with the European agency that performs equivalent safety assessments. I actually went so far as to contact them to verify the certification matched the product and it all checked out. Very happy with the product.
