Ive been using this for a few months now and its great. Its been solid the entire time and I havent had to reboot it. It is one of the smallest 16 port switches available. I used it to wire up all of the rooms in my home. It works perfectly and I couldnt ask for anything better.

Replaced an old SMC 10/100 switch. Super fast for a great price.

This switch was purchased for home use to distribute data throughout. It has been in use for a few years now and has never failed. It is very reliable. Its very thin and small which was one of the attractive features when purchasing this switch. The power adapter is small as well and the plugs are perpendicular to the length of the power supply. It is plugged into a 4 socket outlet and there is no obstruction to any of the other three sockets.

The product description doesnt indicate this is a used or refurbished unit yet we received a switch that had been opened and likely used. We didnt connect it to determine how well it worked as it may have been a defective unit. Returned to Amazon.

I was recommended this switch by a friend even though I tend to stay away from Netgear products. Well, my gut was correct despite deciding to buy this. It doesnt hit gigabit speeds at all. I am able to hit 400mbps from my router, but not when connected to this switch. Its capped at 100mbps. I could not be more unhappy with my purchase.
