Was a plug and play situation. No issues with hook up and works great!

I bought this switch and powered it up in April. Its now August and the switch has gone bad - green lights of death. If I want advance replacement Netgear wants me to pay for shipping. Another option is I can send my unit back, pay for shipping, and theyll send the replacement, which they wouldnt tell me if it was new or refurbished, when they receive it. I expect more then 4 months of operation. I hope the Orbi mesh network I have works better. Wont every buy another Netgear switch.
