NETGEAR 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged Switch (GS308) - Home Network Hub, Office Ethernet Splitter, Plug-and-Play, Silent Operation, Desktop or Wall Mount

Got it managing 10 nodes of intense traffic (mostly to an Access database) and its been doing great. Network speed increased up to 5 times using Intel and Netgears network adapters. No problem uplinking or with mixed 100 and 1000 mbps computers working at the same time.

Purportedly switch management was available on VLAN1 and only VLAN1. BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH MY GS305E (firmware V1.00.05EN most recent as of today).

I. got this 2 months ago, at first it worked as described. But Only been 2 months and im facing issues. where. there is no output signals coming. from the ports. Really disappointing!

This network switch is fantastic to route wired tinerent access to multiple devices at once! I am currently running this switch to my Gaming PC, PS5, PS4, and my Work PC with no internet latency or bandwidth issues. This switch is purely a plug and play device that can be setup in 5 minutes with no hassle!

Learning about VLANS in my home lab and this switch has worked well in making that happen. Would purchase again if I had to.

This product is unmanaged, so it is literally plug and play. Excellent quality, easy to install... it is really tough to mess this one up. NETGEAR can always be relied upon to deliver quality gear at a great price.

Got this for under $20.00. Works great no issues.
