Just research about the firmware upgrade and it sticking in firmware loader mode forever. Netgear wants you to buy an extended support just to fix this issue.

I couldnt be happier with this product! Plug it in and go; it just works without a second thought!

Increase ports for me. TV, PS4, Receiver, bluray player, etc. But issue setting up and establishing interface with Netgear phone app (said not completely supported). But is working as a hub.

I recently bumped my internet up to 500mbps and this switch is only giving me ~90mbps speeds. If I remove the switch my speed goes up. Odd since the switch promises gigabit speeds. Maybe I have a defective one, but calling in for support is a nightmare. Went through 3 departments and 30min and then the call dropped and they didnt call me back.

Awesome and easy setup

Theres not a lot to say about an unmanaged switch. It kind of just does what its supposed to. This is a very inexpensive switch. The max power draw is 3.5 watts, which is fantastic.
