Easy to set-up...

So far mine is working well. I havent experienced any of the overheating issues reported by others. I have generally had good service from Netgear products when used within their design parameters.

It really is as easy as “plug and play”. Product is well-made and robust. It was as easy as making the straightforward connections and it’s done after all of 2 minutes...

With more devices going into homes, i needed a larger switch to handle the wired connection. the Netgear fit the bill nicely and is inexpensive. if you need an unmanaged 8 port switch, i recommend this Netgear.

Its working great on my network so far, I have PS4, PS3, Xbox one and 3 computers connected to it. I have this switch connected to my TP-Link AC1750 Smart WiFi Router.

This was just what I needed to add more Ethernet to our house.

I highly recommend if you are planning to buy a switch also as mentioned above their Netgear tech support is the best.
