Very easy to set up, solidly built, activity lights helpful.

Works great. Stays cool. Nice metal case. Just wish it was a bit cheaper as these things much cost barely a dollar to manufacture these days.

I bought this in January 2020, and today, May 3, 2021, it stopped working. I have checked all the cords and they are functioning just fine. I called, but their customer service phone line cuts out and then hangs up, so I cant get them to check the hardware from their end. This is not nearly a long enough time for this item to function before quitting, in my opinion. I shouldnt have to buy a new one every yr. It doesnt even have any moving parts; it just sits there. Ill have to find another brand I guess. I really like the size and unobtrusiveness of the box, and that it seems heavy-duty and sturdy. Apparently not.

Plugged in all of the cables and it worked. What more can a person ask for.

Everything I needed. There is an app that allows you to actually configure the device by phone. Very easy to setup. Turned my one RJ45 wall jack into 7 usable ports to increase ethernet connectivity since I dont like using wireless for my office gear.

Felt a little ripped off when I realized it took so long to work.

No hassle switch that gets the job done, and the metal case is really a bonus!
