> 24 hourI have several coworkers that are all pregnant at the same time. I purchased 2. The two people that I thought would really like them are the ones that didnt. they gave them back for me to return. There’s one lady that fell in love with it so now I only have one to return! I have one to another lady and she loved it! I guess it’s up to the individual. I bought one for my sister in law a couple years ago and she and her husband loved it. They painted and hung it in the baby’s room. It looked spectacular!!

> 24 hourI couldnt decide whether I wanted to do a belly cast or not, but decided to do it so I wouldnt regret it. This kit came with plenty of supplies, definitely enough to do two castings if you do it right and dont waste any strips. We used up three rolls and I was 8 months along, but we could have gotten away with using a little less. We did it inside and used the plastic sheet it came with. I still have yet to finish my cast with the smoothing process, but I have a feeling it will take just as long as it did to wrap me and be just as messy. Im not sure what Ill do with the cast once Im finally finished. Its kind of awkward to have just sitting around and I think it would look weird hanging up. Ill find somewhere to put it though!

> 24 hourTwice we purchased these casting kits and then nearly forgot them until it was too late so we have two beautiful casts that were done while my wife was at full term. The casting kit includes everything except for the pregnant model and is very easy to use if you set aside about 45-60min to read the instructions and complete the entire project. Most recently we were able to do it while our older son was napping in the next room. Whether its for you or as a gift for an expecting mother, these casting kits are great and significantly less expensive than the ones at your local baby boutique.

> 24 hourIm glad we got this for our pregnancy belly painting experience. Pros: -We still have paint left so we could probably do another 2 or 3 belly painting sessions if we wanted. - Comes off easily in the shower or if you make a mistake and need to wipe it off with a rag -non-toxic to you and baby - vibrant colors (completely covered my scars, almost was able to cover my tattoo) -cute stencil and baby foot/hand stamp that would look adorable for a baby announcement Cons: cons: -The instructions fail to mention that each paint is covered with a thin clear plastic piece that needs to be peeled off. I sat there like an idiot for 10mins wondering why the brush wasnt getting much paint -For a $20 kit I wish the brushes & werent so cheap & tiny. Luckily have a dozens of my own that I was able to use as well -Limited colors. I really wish there was more of a variety of colors, but it is exactly as shown

> 24 hourIt was super messy but good quality for the price ! Only thing I will warn you about DO NOT FORGET TO USE THE LUBRICANT ! I made this mistake and it was the absolute most painful thing I ever experienced :( like getting a full stomach/chest wax! it was horrible.

> 24 hour**photos of two kits. I have sensitive skin and I did get a little red on removal but no big deal. You get gritty stuff all over too so prepare to shower after. Super messy! Comes with a floor cover which is amazing. Precut the strips!! Youll hate yourself if you dont. Lube up with the lotion (says its natural but smells like baby powder so Im not so sure.) Get a bowl of warm water, wet strips; theyll drip like crazy and slap em on. Some will roll up and youll have to learn when its a goner. Some of my strips were faulty with little to no plaster powder on them. This really is not a job for one person (which I kind of figured but thought Id try.) Im not pregnant but rather have boobs pointing to the east and west of the nations and needed to create a bra form for sewing . It took about 30 minutes for a thin layered chest and tummy form. Good luck!!

> 24 hourThe deluxe is definitely the way to go if you want all the extras like primer and sealer. They make a very nice smooth and paintable surface for really making your art piece shine. We made a bowl and added a little glossy paint, turned out great. Would recommend waiting days (not hours) in between drying stages. The powder paste really needs time to set. At first it appears white and flaky surface that would be easy to sand away, but if you wait a couple days, it gets concrete hard and yellow. Then you know its good and strong. Also be careful around the edges, where it is most weak. We applied extra powder paste to the edges to make it strong.

> 24 hourIt does get messy. I would recommend doing it on a hard floor that is easy to sweep or mop. The plastic covering provided covers just enough area to capture most of the mess. We did it in the kitchen and moved our table out of the way. We had enough strips to cover the entire belly, breasts up to her under arms. If you want to cast beyond that then you may want to consider getting an additional box. We put a pillow for her to sit on and one to support the lower back under the plastic cloth sitting over the chair and she felt okay after the 30 minutes of casting. It was fun and we got a few good laughs along the way as well. Also consider using a foil disposable tray for the plaster strips to make the clean up process easier. I used a ceramic tray and a bunch of the plaster harden inside of it which made the clean up process a little annoying. Overall it was fun and my wife appreciated it.
