I was looking for a display to put on a dedicated Gaming PC station and I wanted something bigger than 27 that had a flat panel and that I could use with either GPU adaptive sync tech I want to use. All my other displays are G-SYNC and I was limited to Nvidia GPUs to take advantage of that. I have run this with FreeSync (RX 5700XT) and G-SYNC (1080ti) and I can say that it works great with either card. I was also concerned about Windows scaling on a 32 screen but the desktop and icons look good. Games visuals look great! For the price this monitor is a great value sweat spot for a larger panel at higher resolution and higher refresh rate use cases, like gaming/internet and casual productivity. I also liked that it was not over glorified with aggressive I am a gamer looks.

This monitor is almost everything I could ask for a this price point. I will say 32 inch is huge as far as monitors go and i wouldnt want anything bigger. Free sync seems to work flawlessly with Gsync; I am running a rtx 2070, but you might need a 2080 push the more demanding titles at 1440p 144hz high settings. So far Im impressed with the picture and colors. My screen did come with a dead pixel in the lower right corner, but thanks to the size and resolution I dont even notice it unless im actively looking for it on a white screen. I recommend this monitor for anyone looking for freesync, and a big *** monitor. If it wasnt for the dead pixel, I would have given 5 stars.

I have monitor shopping for awhile now. My last PC and setup upgrade is over 5 years old now and it was time to start over. Before this behemoth, I had a 24 1080p display that has served me well, and while I do love its fast response times and high refresh rate, I wanted something larger. Thus, I was looking for at 27 displays; only problem was I couldnt find one within my budget. Thats when I heard about this monitor. It had good reviews all around and decided to give it a whirl. Below is my listed Pros/Cons for this monitor. --Pros-- 1. Size This monitor is massive. I thought I knew what 32 displays looked like, but it is a whole different story when it is on your desk. If you are someone who wants a monitor that takes up your whole field of view but doesnt want a 21:9 aspect ratio monitor, this is it. The size of the display is awesome for games. I kicked up Doom 2016 for test run on this guy and I ended up playing for much longer than I originally anticipated. 2. Response Time/Refresh Rate With a low response time and a high refresh rate along with adaptive sync, this monitor is smooth. I play a variety of games and even compared to my former BenQ TN monitor it is fast. Its pleasant to move around the desktop and kill demons in Doom. What more can you ask for? 3. Price The most attractive thing to me is the price of this monitor. Many 1440p/144Hz monitors can be rather expensive. If you want a name brand monitor with those specs, there are only a few under $450 US. On the other hand, this monitor goes on sale from $375 to $300 often (If you can get one in stock). This is a steal for these kind of specs. --Cons-- 1. Size Wait... I thought this was a pro? you might say. While I think it is, this is also can be huge con for some. The monitor for any desk with a depth of less than 2 is too small. You need to either wall mount this beast or have a deep desk. I recommend this due to the weak pixel density of the monitor of around 93ppi. This is about the same PPI of a 24/1080p display, but it may bother some. 2. VA Panel Some monitor purest dislike VA panels for their bad viewing angles and lack of color reproduction compared to IPS. I personally only notice a slight color shift at the very tips of the corners, this might be a deal-breaker for some. Overall, I would recommend this monitor if you are looking for a big monitor for immersive gaming, multimedia consumption and have the space to easily view this honk of a display.

    - Its big and really bright. - Colors are brilliant. - The sound quality of the built-in speakers is horrendous... But then youre not buying this for its speakers, are you? If you are, then you need to rethink how you game. LOL - I would recommend this monitor for computer gaming and/or video. Just use a headset. - Excellent build quality. Sturdy.

First off, I bought this an amazon used item, so this could have been issue with that item as I returned it. I got this monitor based on some of the reviews, and I saw some say its not best at text. But this monitor is so bad, its blurry, I do not know how anyone can do basic desktop work with it, I suppose that if you game and watch video’s its fine, pretty much like some TV’s that are great for TV but not fine computer text. To compare I have some old monitors that where not even 1080 and the text was sharper and clear to read, sure it’s a bit pixelated but its readable! I tried every setting I could think of along with windows clear type and the monitors built-in reading modes, nothing worked, it literally would hurt your eyes over time. The refresh rate is their the size and decent resolution, but for this price if this is how these monitors are it should be 300 or less, but to me I assume mine was really bad, that previous owner returned it. I asked others to come by and look at the really old monitor and this new one, and people were confused which was new because it was that blurry. Others state that they had exchanged units and the quality was not consistent, so I would assume some if not most where not as blurry as the unit that I had. It is sad because I have some nice LG monitors, large IPS ultra-wide and they cost quite a bit, and I have expectations that they were met with. In conclusion I would say be careful with used/open box, but this unit I believe QA was missed.

I like everything about the monitor when it works , but it often fails to wake from sleep or falls asleep while my computer is booting and is then difficult to wake it again. Do an internet search for this issue with these LGs. It is annoying as hell to use workarounds such as... Fiddling with the settings when I boot my computer so it doesnt fall asleep. Unplugging and plugging it back in to get it to wake. Turning the monitor power off when I will be afk for awhile so I can turn it back on again so it wont auto sleep. Yes I have sleep mode off on the monitor and on windows. This LG apparently ignores how I set the power saving modes. I have learned to use these workarounds and so I didnt bother to return it but only because of the pain of shipping back such a large item during the pandemic in the small towwn that I reside. How i bought it locally I would have taken it back within a week. The screen itself is nice once you tune it and I had zero dead pixels. I enjoy the colors, low glare and response time for gaming and I would recommend it if they could fix the sad hibernating bear issue.

Yes its a working 144 Hz monitor, yes its 32 inches (31.5 actually). Thats about where the good things end. The pixels take a very long time to change from black to any other color. This has the effect of causing a motion blur when bright things move over a dark backdrop. Games do not look good like this, its like having the motion blur turned on, but some how worse. Even sitting about 20 inches from it, the edges of the screen appear more grey than white. At least this isnt a very expensive piece. Buyers remorse? Yes... I should have spent another $200 and gotten something I would actually like.

YES, I purchased 3 Different 32 inch 144hz 2560 x 1440 monitors - the Samsung and MSI, and this one - IF I could have done CAD and Graphics on the a CURVED Screen - the MSI was the Winner! Even over this LG 650F - BUT after 3 Days, it is too Off as a Screen for Graphic Design. I need a FLAT screen. X-Plane 11 is More enjoyable on the Gorgeous MSI screen, BUT the flight SIM works fine on this monitor too. The Contrast n Rich Bright Color is Better on the Curved MSI MAG321CQR monitor. BUT this LG 650F RULES for 32 inch FLAT Screens.

Overall 4 stars. For gaming 5 stars because 144hz at 1440p is excellent if you have a capable rig that can get you a solid 144FPS which I do. Has VESA mounting, not sure why some people take stars off for no VESA mounting option... They are WRONG and BLIND! The VESA mounting holes are exactly where you attach the included base and LG is kind enough to have screws in the holes for you so they match perfectly when/if you decide to mount it!! Freesync, guys if you have Nvidia Gsync DOES work on this monitor and it works well just enable it in the Nvidia control panel and make sure to turn it on via the monitors OSD controls(joystick under the middle of the bezel) Monitor is quite heavy even without the stand you will need a good monitor arm, I am using a WALI premium and it holds it up fine with the gas piston Colors are okay nothing spectacular but I have to say LG did an extremely good job with this monitor on the color/refresh usually high refresh panels have terrible color quality. Brightness... Damn this thing will melt your eyes in a dark room, I got myself logtitech G560 speakers AND a small desklamp that I put an RGB bulb in to go behind the screen to light the wall up or my eyes get strained from the brightness. I paid alot more than the current price I spent around five hundo... I do not regret it as the monitor is worth it and VERY worth it now at the current pricing under four hundo. If you cant afford the rig to run 4k @120hz which is soon doable thanks to LG OLED panels then this monitor is EXCELLENT for the $$.
