Greater than one weekI gave it four stars and not five because honestly Im a little insecure given some of the other reviews I read about it. I mean, those other review make me think that maybe Im ignorant about what exactly a monitor is supposed to do or that maybe like being able to pick certain notes of vanilla and oak from a fine wine.. my eyes just dont see the subtleties. For me, this monitor is perfect. I am so happy that I wish I had the budget for two. I got this monitor after returning a Samsung 32 UJ590. Which had a resolution of 3840x2160 @ 60hz. That turned out to be a just too much strain on my graphics card.. but I wanted the larger size monitor. Now what I use it for is typical work station type surfing the net and office tasks and to play World of Warcraft. Again.. perfect for what I do. I love it. the 144hz is amazing. 1440p is a perfect resolution for size and function. The image is very crisp. I will say though after doing some research you may need to adjust some settings depending on your graphics card. I.e. I found that having response time set to fastest does not always provide the best result. And may had been why I was not satisfied with my Samsung. So, it may be a little frustrating to set up. Or depending on what you are coming from may change how you view how this monitor displays. The monitors I have before my short stint with the 32 Samsung are a 24 and a 27 1080p monitors at 60hz. So this is definitely a clear upgrade. And with a good video card able to push over 100 frames at 1440p (2k). So its clearly an upgrade for me and I am unable to see what the negatives and little nuances that might lead someone to give this monitor a negative review.

Greater than one weekBought two of these. This monitor is very big. It’s the perfect size. The picture quality in my opinion is beautiful, but only after tweaking the graphics settings. My nephew uses his for Fortnite and he said his input lag and response time is zero. I use mine to play KF2 and I have zero issues with input lag. It has VESA wall mounting ready so that was a plus. I did not wall mount the two I bought. The stand can easily go very low or high, so that is cool and the monitor tilts well too. However, and this is a big however, I did not know these monitors do not have SPEAKERS until I tested them out. It was a huge disappointment. But I kept them both despite that. I bought 3.5mm aux audio cables and connected my surround system to it and the audio works fine.

> 3 dayBeautiful big and bright! I love this monitor I am coming from a VG279Q IPS 144hz 1080p Panel. I was hesitant to make the jump from 1080p to 1440p because I didnt want to lose FPS I got a Gtx 1080 with a i7 7700k however so far all the games I play mostly Hunt Showdown, Pubg, Fortnite and Ark I dont even notice a difference other than how much better games look , I no longer see any pixels everything is just so smooth edged, As for the monitor its big and it has a heavy quality feel to it dont feel or look cheap at all I am so happy I made the jump and for those of you worried about GSync dont worry its 100% fully compatible and even says so in the on screen menu now since the update. I nearly purchased the G-Sync model im so glad I didnt save a couple hundreds bucks!

> 3 dayI replaced an Asus rog Strix monitor of the same size. I tell you what for a third the price of what i paid this thing rocks. I play iracing and modern warfare and monitor performs flawlessly. It is a little bright on stock setting but thats what customs are for. As someone who games a LOT and has for 30 years I would highly recommend this item

> 3 dayIts a well made 1440p 144hz monitor that doesnt break the bank and only has one downside, and thats how dim the monitor is. Its not unbearable by any means, but it could stand to be brighter.

> 3 dayJust as described, no dead pixels lots of landscape to run multiple programs when not gaming. One thing to note, weight is stated as 18.3lbs. However, when my freight forwarder reported the weight as 30lbs I thought they were trying to scam me thats till I weigh it, what do you know 30lbs.

Greater than one weekThis is my first big monitor and first 144mhz capable. It now sits right next to my old 1080 monitor and the difference is striking! Everything is sharper and clearer, I run games at ultra and the detail is magnificent. TV looks better on this than it does on my TV. It does take some work getting it tweaked from factory settings but its not difficult to do and is well worth the effort. I have had some brightness issues (too dark in games) but Im not certain that is the monitor. I have an Nvidia card and tweaking the control panel settings really helped. If youre considering stepping up to a 32, put this on your short list. Im glad I chose it.

> 3 dayBought this about 3 months ago and so far its been a good monitor. Its a big monitor, with good quality pictures. The problem is the monitors design. I dislike the stand just as much as I dislike the back inputs awkwardness to align cords. I literally moved my monitor forward towards me just a little bit and the screen gets a crack on its right side. Not a huge crack enough to make the monitor unusable, but if you are going to get this monitor, you better make leave it in the spot you put it and make the backside of the monitor more accessible, because simply moving this monitor forward cracked its screen and it shows how delicate this thing really is. The stand is also just bad in general, I dont usually like stands that seem unstable from just looking at it, but if you are moving this around you better pick the whole thing up because there is hardly any balance when moving it.

> 3 dayThis is for the 650 freesync model no hdr. I recently returned the Samsung CH70 to Best Buy as there were several issues. I stumbled across this monitor and read some positive reviews regarding performance so decided to give it a try. I am blown away by the quality of this monitor. I primarily game on the Xbox X and although that system can’t push more than 60hz the response/imput lag of this monitor is very impressive. The Samsung Ch70 according to many is the best monitor possible for the Xbox and after using both the 650 performs slightly better. So if HDR is not important and you want a monitor with above average picture quality with excellent response/imput lag then this is for you.
